my husband and I spent 1 night in this hotel and it was pretty nice. We had a combo deal, 1 night with breakfast included and 20% off the restaurant. We received pretty good service from the front desk and from the waiters during breakfast. We also tried the restaurant l'Eau a la bouche and it was a great experience.... More

We went to L'eau à la bouche to celebrate our anniversary and we were attracted to the place because of the restaurant. We did like the spa were we spent a nice day, but the room wasn't what we expected (seemed like it was an old room that wasn't taken car off for awhile). The th9ing we like though about... More

We had a room on a sunday night. We had an amazing experience many years ago, so when we saw a combo deal on the hotel and restaurant it looked like a great getaway idea. We saw some bad reviews that almost made us regret buying the deal. But we figured the hotel as a safe place to get to... More

I did make a reservation 3 week in advance for a suite for one night and a diner "gastronomique" to celebrate my wife anniversary . When i arrived to the hotel L'eau à la bouche around 3H30 with my confirmation number, they told me that my suite was given to an other client because a computer problem. I did pay... More

This used to be a great getaway. The restaurant is still good, but our experience was poor and the reason is the poor customer service attitude; not bad, just truly unattentive to the guests' needs. The rooms, even the renovated ones, need help (and a good interior designer). Looks like Mme Desjardins' notoriety supersedes the needs of the people who... More

My friend and I recently visited this beautiful hotel in Sainte-Adele. It was a very nice drive from Montreal, and when we got to the hotel, our room had a nice comfortable bed and a very spacious washroom. The room had a comfy couch, TV and a fireplace. We went to spend some time at the Nordic spa that is... More

Restaurant L'eau à la bouche (for dinner) is one of the best I've ever been. But the hotel closeby has no charm (old rooms) and the staff is almost rude. The breakfast in the hotel building was included. Good thing, cause I would not want to pay for that. There were not enough choices (no muffins, no croissant, no crepes,... More

Honestly, my g/f and I were hesitant about going after reading some of these negative reviews but as an X hotel guy, I learned that at least 10% of visitors are impossible to please. The resort sits just back from a highway, traffic wasn't too bad. Our room was on the third floor and facing the 'highway' but we kept... More

I am rating the hotel and the restaurant separately, as we had extremely different experiences in each of them. We were offered this one-night stay as a gift; therefore I cannot refer to the quality-price ratio; I am rating the hotel room in absolute terms. This hotel probably is the worst place I've been given to stay at in the... More
