Misty Isles is beautiful, restful, peaceful and simply one of the best places to stay in the area. Recent trip was my third time staying at Gayle's Misty Isles Lodge. First time was a single cabin, traveling solo, back in 2011. Second time was a deluxe cabin with spouse, summer before last. This time we opted for a lovely large...

Good service, but bad afterservice. Rented a kayak 3 days. Excellent experience. Was charged 4 days of parking while the website says parking free with rental. Was offered a credit!! for the 4 days, but no credit for the HST!!! When asked for no credit but full refund of parking fees (I live several hours away), communications went silent. Be...

we stayed there from Sept 27th to Oct 2nd 2015, right on the St. Lawrence river, short bicycle ride to Gananoque from there a short 30 minute drive to Kingston. short ride to Boldt Castle, a ferry ride to Wolf Island Garth's farm corn maze. I recommend staying here

I was here many years ago not recently. The owners were wonderful people and actually visited with my family while we were there and made sure we had everything we needed. Would like to go back. The last time we were there we had some booking issues but the owners were more then accommodating and helped move our stuff to...

We've been coming to Misty Isles Lodge for over 15 years now. First just my wife and I, then with the kids. This is one of the most beautiful spots on the river. Gayle, our Hostess has become a close friend. So while this may seem like a biased review, I can tell you that if it wasn't a great...

We loved our two nights at Misty Isles Cabins. Self contained with kitchen and utensils etc, comfortable beds, and an unbeatable view of the St Lawrence, and in the morning....spectacular. The mist rolled down the river and covered the offshore islands and grassbanks, and just kept rolling! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a...

We found this little piece of heaven a couple of years ago while searching through a list of cabins to rent. Part of it's charm and convenience is not having to worry about bringing anything but your own personal items. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The cabins we normally request are numbers...

We loved it here. We were looking for somewhere for 2 nights on the waterfront and found ourselves at Mysty Isles. We hadn't really considered a cottage but were really pleased with our accomodation - a cottage right on the water. The cottage was comfortable with wi-fi (always handy), a good kitchen, a strong shower and comfortable beds. It was...
