This was our first trip to Howe Island B & B. We were celebrating our 21st anniversary with a little 5 day getaway to Prince Edward County and the Gananoque area. We have a very busy life and wanted to relax and take in some of the countryside. We finished our trip at HIBB and really enjoyed the location and...

Very nice and quite place, the rooms were fantastic, private and confortable.. Just in front of the lake, with small beach and great views of the lake. We stay in a small house separate from the main house, with a lot of nice details. Jose

This was our first visit to the Thousand Islands on the St Lawrence River. Close friends highly recommended we stay at Howe Island B&B & as soon as we arrived we knew that was great advice!! Set right on the banks of the river, the large deck, hammock, kayaks & beautiful garden made relaxing easy. We spent four days there...

My husband and I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and my birthday in 1000 Islands, and we wanted to stay at least 1 night on Howe Island and I'm so glad we did. Wendy and David are incredibly hospitable, warm, inviting, HILARIOUS, and just so down to earth that we quickly felt right at home. We couldn't have...

This is our third visit to Wendy and David's beautiful B&B, this time bringing other good friends for their first time. My husband and I stayed in Lawton Lodge, waking up each morning to a view of the wonderful St Lawrence River and Wendy's spectacular garden. Breakfast is a feast, every morning something different and all of Wendy's recipes are...

My friend and I stayed at Wendy’s and David’s wonderful B&B for ten days. Our vacation has been nothing but fantastic. We stayed at their cabin (separate from the main house) that provides two bedrooms. It was great to have our own private space but at the same time it was always fun to come over to the main house...

We had a wonderful mini vacation on Howe Island; in fact, we hardly went out. Instead, we sat taking in the views from the many pairs of Adirondack chairs and the hammock, lounging all over the property. Wendy and David were the perfect hosts. It was so beautiful and peaceful that we could easily have stayed longer. It's at the...

In June of 2016 my wife and I travelling through Canada on a fact-finding mission. We visited the larger eastern coast cities of QC, Montreal and Toronto....we fell in love with Toronto. However after our city-trips and concrete jungles we wanted some relax time on our way back north to Montreal airport. We searched the web while planning our trip...

We were fortunate enough to spend the weekend at this gorgeous property in a stunning part of the world. The house is absolutely charming, as is the surrounding property and David and Wendy made us feel like we were at home from the moment we stepped inside with their warm hospitality and generosity (and amazing pancakes). We loved sitting on...

Wendy and David are the most gracious hosts we could have asked for. The B&B is meticulously kept by its owners, the rooms are clean and even beach towels and swim shoes were provided. Breakfast was freshly prepared by Wendy and David in the mornings, excellent and plenty and accompanied by great conversations. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed...
