Well kept older home with tons of character. Lovely breakfast of Eggs benedict and scones with fresh jam. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Centrally located and just a short walk down to Water Street.

This was our second stay at this B & B and Joe does the most amazing breakfasts. The home is warm and comfortable and situated close to downtown and the Kingsbrae Gardens. Joe is knowledgeable of the area and quite entertaining.
