My friends and I stayed in rooms 2 and 5 at the delightful Treadwell Inn on the rainiest day in June, 2013. How pleasant then, to find ourselves in such cosy surroundings. The rooms are well appointed, plush towels, lovely toiletries and comfortable beds. We loved the king size beds and pretty antique style furnishings. Room 5 had a small... More

My husband and I stayed in Room #5 at the Treadwell Inn on June 29th and 30th, 2013. The suite was on the top floor, with beautiful views. It was a wonderful place to relax for our "babymoon". The hosts were friendly and provided a lovely breakfast from 8am-9am. We had french toast with bacon, fruit and yogurt on Sunday... More

We only had one overnight and i regret not staying longer. our room was large nicely furnished very comfy bed, small washroom but it worked just fine, big deck outside our door with incredible views. The best part was they had a deck built out away from the main house right on the waters edge with multi colour cape cod... More

My wife and I were given a gift certificate for an overnight stay at the Treadwell Inn. The Inn is an old historic building which has been well cared for. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, clean and inviting. The location is perfect, right on the water and pretty well right in the center of everything. Breakfast was delicious.... More

My husband and I and an other couple stayed here for two nights recently and loved it! The location is just perfect, being right on the water and so close to everything. Our rooms were huge with king beds, comfy chairs, nice bathroom, and great deck! Breakfast was very good, but somewhat simple. The innkeepers were very nice, though they... More

Our room was beautifully-decorated and immaculate. The view was amazing. Our part of the deck overlooked the harbor so we were able to watch and marvel at the tides. Breakfast was delicious. A wonderful place with gracious innkeepers.

We stayed in Room 5 which was a great room particularly enjoyed the deck which overlooks the harbor. Great place to spend some time reading, drinking wine, or just sitting. Room was very large and very clean and nicely furnished. Close to places in the downtown. Breakfast was good and hosts were nice. House is close to downtown attractions and... More

The location is excellent, waterfront and facing on the main street surrounded by galleries and shops and restaurants, but the inn itself is very relaxing and quiet. We stayed 2 nights in mid July. The ambience is in keeping with the natural surroundings and historical nature of the area. Many well chosen antiques, interesting artwork, flowers and grasses everywhere, but... More

I stayed at the Treadwell Inn for two nights in late May. My large room faced the harbor at the back of the inn and had a door to the balcony. I enjoyed sitting on the deck chairs outside, or on the comfortable sofa in my room, while planning the next part of my travels. The decor of the room... More
