This is our favorite winter retreat and we keep returning because we love it so much. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. The cabins are beautiful and cozy. Still miss the outdoor hot tub but i know owners had no choice but to remove it

We had wonderful, snowy, fun and comfortable friends weekend at Nipika. There were 19 of us, all active and adventurous women, who skate skiied, xc skiied, snowshoed and went fat biking. We stayed in various cabins, and gathered together to eat our meals together in the Rocky Mountain cabin. We had a marvelous time!

Beautiful facility and dog friendly too! Had a lesson with Lyle who is a natural teacher. We enjoyed the warmth of the lodge for rest breaks and as a cozy place to eat our picnic lunch. Trails were well groomed and the signage was great. Looking forward to coming again.

Nipika is a gem of a place to enjoy amazing outdoor activities such as X Country skiing, snowshoeing and fat biking in a beautiful setting. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from rentals to giving trail advice. Our cabin was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Love the wood stove. We were fortunate to be blessed with fresh powder and a...

Our family has made Nipika an annual tradition. It is time away from the city and all its distractions. Fresh air, beautiful scenery and a definite emphasis on sustainable living, it offers our family a wholesome, nourishing and invigorating time together in Nature. We leave feeling restored and a bit sad to say goodbye until next time...

As told by one of the participants and echoed by all: - Hi Linda I just wanted to thank you again for three of the most glorious days I’ve ever spent in the mountains!  Yes, it was cold - but so beautiful and pristine and peaceful.  And so many wonderful people to share it with.  The accommodation was excellent, the...

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this place. Most spectacular cross country skiing and views; friendliest, most genuine and most helpful staff, tastefully rustic, well-equipped and super comfortable cabins, pristine natural setting. Every fun winter activity you could want has been thought of and executed to perfection: pond hockey, wood fired sauna, bonfires, toboggan hill, the list goes on. We...

I have spent a lot of time in this area during the winter. Nothing compares to the cross country skiing and snow shoeing at this scenic place in British Columbia! The trails are meticulously groomed for both classic and skate skiing. There are specific trails for snow shoeing and fat tire cycling. Our day started with going into the lodge...

The conditions were perfect all week and Lyle and his crew went the extra mile creating an enchanted torchlight ski track for our group of 20 + all the other guests on Dec 31. With skiers young and old, big and small, we skied towards the warming hut, seeking the beautifully crafted torch lights along the way. To accommodate our...
