It was a good location for overnight stay. Although, check-in will be in different location. Not far but would be difficult for those who does not have a car as this situation is not mentioned when you book your stay. The room was really big and it was fully furnished. The kitchen was equipped with pans, plates, utensils, everything. We...

So first thing, there is no staff here No front desk. You have to go over to another hotel one block over and check in. It's like a rooming house. Nice kitchenette, all the basics Tons of space, I brought my yoga mat up. I only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Favourite part was the price.

I was attending a function in Ottawa and needed a one night stay. Unless I was willing to spend upwards of $350 for a night, everything else was sold out. The Hotel Duvernay for under $100 was cost effective, clean and convenient. Check-in was two blocks north-east at the Les Suites Victoria - who were very pleasant, prompt and helpful....

Our suite was reasonable in price for it's proximity to Ottawa, spacious, and comfortable. The reason for 3 stars include our inability to figure out the remote for climate control so we were either too chilly or too warm (suggest asking at check in); no staff or services within the building-check in is one block over at Hotel Victoria; voucher...

First, at check in the lady at the desk was rude. (By the way to check in gotta walk to the back street, which was not a problem for me). the room was clean but had a funny smell. the Duvernay is not a hotel. I would not stay there again. Dont worth the budget price

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Ottawa on business.. Very large accommodation with kitchenette, good shower with loads of towels, quiet, free wifi close to good restaurants and a couple minutes cab ride to Ottawa. Why pay perhaps twice as much in Ottawa. NB Registration is at a hotel a 2 minute walk away.

I stayed for the full month of August and would stay longer if I could. The amenities have been well documented in other reviews so I'll be brief. Fabulous location! Five minutes to Ottawa landmarks like parliament buildings, Byward Market, National Gallery etc. In fact, you could easily walk or bike and see much more than if you drove. Gatineau...

I usually don't write reviews. But after staying at Duvernay for a week, I really want people to know what they are getting into. We arrived on a Wednesday. This place was more like an apartment building rather than a hotel. There was NO STAFF, no front desk on site, so we had to get the key from another hotel...

Bradley pretty much mentioned everything but to add on, my experience was really satisfying. I can assure you this one. You can't really find a cheaper room around Ottawa that's as clean as this one. I've spent a lot of time surfing hotel searches, and made my conclusion. This place is obviously recently renovated and was really clean and quiet....

OK, here's what you need to know: - Duvernay is not a hotel - it's a one-room bedsit with kitchenette - There is no reception desk. You will go to Suites Victoria (1 rue Victoria), which is literally a block and a half away. They are very pleasant and give you what you need. What it has: - hot plate,...
