Was just a one night stay and the first time. Definately the last. The room was dirty and hair all over the sheets. Do NOT recommend this place for the price you pay. There are other options for the price.
Simple, clean, effective. Staff are amazingly cordial, helpfull and professionnal. They were always available to provide us with what we would need. For us and the kids. They acknowledge them and serve them with the same as they would us.
It is a very lovely and clean place for vacation. Services are prefect, you can always find someone to help. Location is also good. I would recommend it to everyone I know if they visit Mont Tremblent.
Lovely hotel with great staff. We had a warm welcome and was greeted with a smile upon our arrival. The gas station, Tim Hortons and McDonalds are right next door. The Village and Saint Jovite is about 10 mins away by car. Property is clean. Our room on the 3rd floor was very modern, had 2 queen beds and our view was the front entrance. Breakfast lounge had lots of options. Tickets are required for the hot table. 24hr coffee and juice machine in the lobby. Overall we had a lively stay and would definitely return.
stayed here for 2 night, it's close enough to mont tremblant, staffs are nice, room is clean. defintely worth the money. it has free soft drink bar, accessable 24/7.mcdonlds and tim hortons are just beside it.
My second stay at the hotel. Close to the village about 9 minutes drive and walking distance of Petro gas station, McDonalds and Tim Hortons. Make sure to check their operational hours as they close early. There is a newly opened cafe in parking area which is also open as you don't get lot of food options in Mont Tremblant. The hotel has decent breakfast, nice clean pool and spa along with gym
extreme clean room and friendly staffs with excellent choices of hot breakfast. Also it catered to the dog lovers, had a very dog friendly stay experiences. And the location is good, not too far- less than 10 minutes drive, if you intend to visit to Mont Tremblant Village. Thank you.
I am a health care professional working in remote communities and I am on the road with my dog and need to stay at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel policy only allows for 2-nights stay, although they have rooms available for my requested date, they refuse to take me in as a guest. I stayed at the hotel in the past in the same context but this is the first time I get refused with this new policy of theirs that is totally against what a hotel is for initially. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated.
Wonderful staff! Overall, wonderful service! And bonus- great breakfast. Stayed with my pet, and they were just so wonderful to him. (we stayed at Delta in Quebec city after and it was TERRIBLE. The contrast was just so obvious and made Microtel Inn's service stand out and shine even more) Microtel Inn staff, thank you for making our stay so great. It is much appreciated, especially with a puppy.
The room was absolutely disgusting, their was insane amount of dirt on the floor, their was a bunch of long hair on the shower wall. Their was hand print and dirty spot on the fridge from previous guest, their was left over pieces of food from last guest!! ONE OF THE BEDS HAD CHUNK OF DIRT ON TOP OF IT. We slept in the other bed of course. The bed is so hard and the pillow so uses that they form little chunk under your heads. Overall it was the kinda room I would expect to find in a 1980's roadside motel in a little vilage, not from a touristic pack city like Tremblant.
