Room was large, clean, warm and comfortable. Great coffee bar on main floor! Outdoor pool and sauna was amazing. Spent Sunday afternoon just hanging in the pool! Fair number of kids around, seemed to be having great time in pool as well. Staff were great, free car charging was added benefit (they had 4 Tesla chargers with level 2 adapters).
The hotel is nice the spa is good when had a few too many vinos the night before, restaurant food is awful on the night time, and my god the breakfast was terrible all pre cooked crap, would not get the breakfast, even returned our tickets for the other days as was that bad
The room was very nice with great amenities. Thought we got breakfast, but would have had to pay for it. Great views on the property. Hot tub would have tried if we had stayed another night. Quiet and restful.
Don’t go here. Our motorcycle broke down on the way and they had zero interest in helping use out. We offered to pay a fee. But there greed wanted ever dollar. We recommend you go elsewhere. They will take every dollar the can from you
Convenient location. Well maintained property. Free EV charging station. Comfortable bedding. Pleasant and competent staff. Small outdoor heated pool and sauna. Would be nice if room rate included breakfast.
I stayed over night Saturday so we could visit Mont Tremblant resort. The price was double what it was on weekdays, but that's often the case. So I thought I'd treat myself to this seemingly luxurious hotel. Don't look at their site's pictures and figure that's all included. The comfy bathrobes and slippers you see people wearing are for sale, they don't come with the room. The pool/spa is great, but closes at 10:00. So when you come back from your day's activities, it's closed. And don't you dare smoke before you go in your room, you'll have a charge of $200, even if you didn't smoke in the hotel! Complete snobs, dazed customer service, and completely out of line with their extra charge! Worst place I've being since Detroit!
The room we had for our one-night stay was great; very spacious, updated and well appointed with a large-screen tv, large seating area, fridge, espresso machine, real mugs and glasses (including wine glasses). The bathroom had a heating lamp, great shower and tub, wonderful towels (and plenty of them), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, very good quality hair dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool which is essentially a massive hot tub. One thing that would make this hotel even better would be complimentary robes. I understand that they might not want to automatically provide them in the room but it would be greatly appreciated if they were available to sign out from the front desk (right now they’re only available for purchase). There is no change room by the pool so one must make one’s way back to the room wrapped in a towel only (unless you purchased a bathrobe).…
Pros: quiet location about 15 minute drive from Mont Tremblant Resort, room was spacious for three people, decor is very nice, great amenities, recommend for families or if you're not trying to go to the village at night, nice bartender in the evening - Marcelle was fantastic Cons: went on a long weekend so the taxi service was very limited, when we set up the spare bed we found an old scarf and a used mask. On Saturday morning at 8:54am, I asked the front desk if they had any slippers for sale. One of the ladies did not understand but was nice about it. Her desk mate translated for her that I wanted slippers. I hadn't even turned the corner before the desk mate began mocking me and I overheard them cackling and making fun of me. Completely disrespectful.
NEVER BOOK HERE! HORRENDOUS I booked this hotel for a 2 day long trip through Expedia for the week of Jan 3. I cancelled 7 days before my booking was made, and was charged the ENTIRE amount to my card instantly. Thinking it must be an error, I called the hotel to ask for a refund, as their website CLEARLY states that the cancellation policy is 48-72 hours. The manager was RUDE and insisted that the cancellation policy was 14 days, even though he could not point out where this policy was stated and insisted I take it up with Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and had the same negative experience. The hotel still refuses to reimburse me for their error and I was forced to make a claim through the bank. Worst customer service experience ever, this hotel should seriously re-evaluate their policies.…
We booked late at a peak period so inevitably expensive. Essentially we slept there and were collected every day by family. The rooms were generously sized and clean. The carpet in the corridors and rooms was dark and a little gloomy. Perhaps better suited to the skiing season?
