Cold. Rundown. Worst place I’ve seen in years. Turned heat on, didn’t work. Booked another place in town, ate the cost of booking rather then stay and freeze…. Couldn’t even stay for a night. Spent great time in Ax Hitel down the road.

So, we booked this as Expedia displayed it as being close to Mount Tremblant. It is in fact a 20 minute drive from the main village. I guess that’s Expedia’s fault for advertising it as being nearby. The parking is free and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They genuinely appeared to appreciate our custom… now for the areas of improvement. They had tried their best to squeeze a jacuzzi into the room at the expense of the bed. Our bed has no headrest and was just dumped into the side of the room. There was a real risk of us falling out of the bed during the night and made for a very uncomfortable sleep!!! The bathroom smelled of urine. The floors were covered in long hairs and grit (I guess that’s the problem with wooden floors). The jacuzzi required you to have to walk across the floor to operate the jet function for 15 minutes. That was a bit unnecessary and majorly inconvenient. The tv was ok and the air conditioning and heating system worked (although looked like something that the Victorians would have used)! The hotel is in urgent need of an uplift. A lick of paint to cover up all the squashed bugs on the ceiling/walls would have been a good idea too… It’s a 2 star motel, and I tend to agree with that score… and hope that it has a revamp and stays in business for many years!

A/C power not sufficient, must open hot water for 3 minutes before you get hot water for a shower. heated pool not clean, garbage still on the ground at 4pm when im a lone in the pool. lots of bugs in the bathroom window, see all pictures and judge for yourself We asked to cancel our second night, employee told us it cannot be done because we have booked through expedia.ca

We did a one night stay and for the price we feel we did well. It is a Motel - was clean and comfortable. Check in too longer then expected but that was due to putting new procedures in place. Family run from the looks of it. I think we paid 100$ which is fair. Location is great. Off highway - normally would have a pool open.

We got to Mont Tremblant later than expected, and as a result we ended up missing our registration window at the park. We did a search around and found that this place had some vacancy and headed over. it wasn't expensive and served our needs, with easy access for someone traveling by car.

Loved this place. Very friendly staff, great room. Nice view. Would definitely return and recommend. Close to the ski hill too. We showed up at 2 am and we're greeted by Jackie, he was so friendly and helpful. Even at that hour he took the time to explain all the sights and what we could do the next day.

Stayed here for two nights in order to go snowboarding at Tremblant. Location is fairly convenient with about a 15 minute drive up to the mountain, and only 5 minutes or so from town with restaurants, shops, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist us when needed. Love that this place is pet-friendly. We were able to bring our dog with us, and they have quite a large property with open space for him to run around. If you are travelling with a pet I highly recommend staying here. Rooms weren't overly fancy but comfortable, clean, warm, overall we were very pleased!

The room was ridiculously small and not well planned out. In the pictures it looks so nice, I had to rearrange the furniture to make room, they have a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room, taking up all of the room. The place is not well looked after, in fact the handrail going up to the office and the breakfast area is very unstable and looks like its going to fall down. The breakfast had very little offerings, coffee was very watered down. Felt is was expensive for what we got and then had to pay more for our show dog. Don't mind paying well for our accommodations, however, I like value for what I pay for. Difficult to communicate with them.

There was an electrical issue with our heater. It's plug in the outlet was fried and we could tell they had cut off the prongs and rewired new ones in. Extreme safety hazard. Clearly a fire had already started. Also the owner (the woman who checked us in) entered my room without knocking and acted like she came for our dirty towels. She was empty handed and grabbed one cloth she saw in plain view and ran out. When confronted upon checkout she called her English speaking partner and had him tell us they assumed we would be out skiing and that's why they didn't knock. Not once did they own up to how wrong that was. Extremely disappointed. Breakfast is bread. That's it. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable and the toilets don't flush half the time. The showers water pressure constantly declines until it just shuts off after 5 minutes. We rented out 3 rooms & this applied to every one.

We did a quick overnight trip and chose this motel. We did have a room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub which was nice.. However, the cleanliness was subpar and o carefully checked the bed before sleeping in it. If they put some work into and it was cleaned it could easily be a nicer motel. For now, I don't think I would recommend it.
