We booked the Captain's Quarters in Admiralty House for a week in mid-summer. Beautiful views of Lunenburg Harbour from the back sunporch and patio. Great location for walking everywhere in Lunenburg - it is located across the street from the Ironworks Distillery and nearby Foodland grocery store. My wife and I decided to take our four children (ages 3-10) here in an attempt to learn more about the Eastern seaboard. Fortunately for us (for we were traveling from Ohio), we selected what is arguably the quintessential Atlantic town (either Canadian or American) to stay in and found Admiralty House to be the perfect staging point to explore...
