We stayed for 3 nights, our welcome was warm and inviting by all members of the family, the room excellent and so clean with everything you could need, including in the en-suite bathroom. The breakfast's were just great and we were spoilt for choice. The guest sitting room is very comfortable and homely. If you are looking for a traditional... More

We spent one night at the Torbant Farmhouse and enjoyed our stay. The owner was so kind and thoughtful offering to drive us to Porthgain for dinner since we did not travel by vehicle. We also received a ride back and this is true hospitality. Our breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The guest room was large with a great view... More

After receiving a warm welcome on arrival, we were shown to our accomodation for the week - a family room for 3 which was very clean and comfortable. We had chosen to stay at Torbant Farmhouse largely due to its close proximity to the nearby coastal paths and numerous beaches and places of interest such as St. Davids - ideal... More

The farmhouse is in a peaceful and a bit solitary position, though a few minutes by car from St. David’s and other attractions of Pembrokeshire north coast, such as Porthgain and Strumble Head. The room was large and comfortable, tough a little wet; anyway, the heated mattress almost eliminated the inconvenience. Good breakfast. Carryl is a very kind and hospitable... More

We received a warm welcome on arrival at Torbant Farmhouse B&B and throughout our stay Carrol was a mine of information about local services and places to go. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was cooked to order and just as we liked it. The farmhouse is in a beautiful location within easy reach of St Davids and Fishguard. I... More

Caryl could not do enough for us and made us really welcome and comfortable, even giving my husband a card on his birthday! She dropped us down to the local pub and bacK again as it was a dark wet November evening and we had been walking on the coast path all day. A great host. Thank you.

In September we spent three nights at Torbant Farmhouse near St Davids. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts superb in terms of quality and choice. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Torbant is a traditional Welsh farmhouse over 300 years old and has been lovingly restored to give modern day comforts. We are just 10 minutes, by car, away from St Davids and even less than that to the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the sea.We offer bed and breakfast using mainly home and locally produced ingredients for our hearty breakfasts – fresh eggs from our own hens, home made marmalade, etc. Whether you like a full cooked breakfast or a light continental style, the choice is yours, you will not be disappointed. For the Evening Meal there is a wide variety of places nearby from cosy pubs to high class restaurants. Sample menus are available in every room. Our guests have their own lounge where you can relax – always available with plenty of books, & information. There is no television here, only a crackle or two from the log burner, so guests are able to have a quiet read or just have peace to chat with their friends. Nearby is a useful Utility room for laundry and picnic preparation with a refrigerator and an electric ring. Outside, the garden surrounds the house and there are seats to rest on and watch the evening sunsets. ... more   less
