This hotel is good value particularly in the low season. If you get a meal or breakfast pkg you can eat at the different golf course too. The bar is great ànd has a lovely patio. The dinning room is great and some of the staff have been there for years and make you feel like you are home. Some... More

We stayed here during a hockey tournament so there were a number of teams staying at this property. The hotel is quite good at having lots of things available to entertain the kids--games rooms, mini sticks, movies playing, and so on. Of course, there are the pools too! The hotel itself is a bit dated but for the setting you're... More

Although the accommodations are a little dated, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Our room had a king bed with two comfortable chairs and ottomans right by the window and the lovely view of the pools, grounds and stunning mountains. We loved the fact that there was a designated guest pool close to the room but we also enjoyed... More

The pool was beautiful and the staff were lovely. We stayed during the off season when the hotel was pretty quiet. We had a problem with the pool towels - some staff told us to get them on the way in to the pool, or on the way out. One grumpy staff member said we could only get them at... More

The facilities are a little dated but clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and obliging. Having access to the pools was wonderful and being provided with a gown and towels very helpful. All told it was a great, relaxing few days, definitely not for the young at this time of the year (October) as the average age of guests... More

After a exciting cross country camping trip we decided to indulge and stay our last night of travelling at this resort. We did not have reservations & were so pleased to get a pet friendly room for the night. Our room was very comfortable & close to the hot springs pool. Love that there are fluffy robes & towels in... Dropped by while visiting friends up the road in Invermere. Did not stay at the hotel, so cannot comment on rooms. But the common areas are great -- rustic appearance, but with all the conveniences. The location is terrific and the views are beautiful. The bar/lounge is excellent, and service was quick and friendly.

Stayed in the "honeymoon" suite which was delightful! Walked out our patio door and a very short walk to the guest hot springs pool which is a good size and was never crowded. Robes and towels were provided and there are lounge chairs around the pool. If you walked further you could also use the public pools which consists of... More

Yes, the rooms are dated, but that's part of the place's charm. We had no expectations of granite countertops in the bathrooms and sleek furnishings in the bedroom. But we had a lovely balcony outside our room, dipped our weary bodies in the very hot pool and golfed at the 9-hole Creekside course. It was only a one-night stay for... More

We have be staying here for 18 years as my husband has a conference here every year. I missed the last few years but was there this year & I must say this place has really gone down hill. Food is very skimpy & flavourless. Pool hours have reduced & rooms are in real need of upgradeing.
