We were married at Stevenson Farms in October, and it was nothing short of perfect. The ambiance was perfect for an October wedding, the fires were going, the lounge was cozy. The staff was amazing, sue one the owners was great, as well as her assistant manager. They both were present well until one in the morning, and then some...

Bed was so uncomfortable. To me this is the important part. Extremely hot in the room - air conditioner did very little to alleviate the uncomfortableness so basically spent all night overheated, listening to a very noisy fan. Felt unsafe in the bathroom, as floor appeared to be rotted out underneath, so worried about falling through. Issue with tap also,...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review from your stay last summer. We are sorry to hear your experience here was anything less than perfect. We remember you and we thank you for the positive recognition of our hosting, the good breakfast, and the discount you were given. We are surprized by your rating as it is...

My sister, daughter, one of our besties and I were looking for a lovely night away with spa for a reasonable price and Stevenson Farms B&B/Harvest Spa did not disappoint. We had the whole place to ourselves, and were able to enjoy the hot tub and the movie theatre along with the king room that we shared. Breakfast was delicious...

I had the opportunity to stay here for a few days this past summer. The owners made me feel at home and the food was fantastic. They even accommodated me when they were full. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.

We stayed in one of the rooms with the shared bathroom for one night, as we were in town for a wedding. Because of the circumstances of our travel, we spent very little time in the room, but found it disappointing as it was very small, didn't seem that clean, and had a very inconvenient tap where the water only...

The "suite" we took was adequate for our 1 night stay; I would have liked a typical shower rather than having to sit in a tub with a shower attachment; this said, it was "quaint" and fine for a B&B 1 or 2 night stay. Farmhouse, rustic decor. Clean, although needed some repairs (cracks in walls just patched over). Breakfast...

Happened upon this place online, and decided to book for a friend's getaway. The rooms are comfortable with modern beds, crisp sheets and clean, set amongst antiques. Breakfast was delicious- fresh omelet and smoothie our first morning, gluten free banana pancakes with bacon the second morning. There are always choices every morning. The estate is stunning, and the proprietors are...

We had a wonderful stay at Cara and Sven's farm. It has beautiful and quiet rooms with character and is set in amazing nature environment with all kinds of animals. The hosts are a very nice couple that make you feel at home - last, but not least by serving you a great breakfast. We highly recommend this place!

Hi there. Thank you for your review. However, hopefully you are speaking about the right place. The owners are myself (Stephen) and my wife (Susanne). We don't have all kinds of animals ourselves except our pet cat which does not live in the B&B. That said, our neighbhours have 3 horses which roam the fields visibile from our breakfast window...

1. The proprietors were hard to find upon our arrival. Also, a friend of ours came late, 9:00PM, by agreement, but there was no one there to greet her, and no note for her with any instructions. She had to find a phone #, and then another phone # before she finally made contact and was instructed to her room....

We apologize if your experience was anything less than perfect. We always appreciate getting feedback so we can improve our service. Since we are a residential B&B and don't have a formal reception desk we can't always be in person to greet people 24 hours especially later in the evening. We do have to step out occassionally. However, we acknowledge...

This lovely B&B inn exceeded our expectations in all respects. The owner greeted us at the door and gave a tour of this historic inn. The atmosphere is charming, cozy, and relaxing. Very welcoming. And all the old stuff is so interesting! In the sitting room, it's worth watching a video about the long history of the house and its...
