could not find the check in was in the basement, no one was there when we checked in just left a key for us and said have a nice stay. I guess that they are very small. I heard from people that this place used to be an old doctors office I wish that I knew this before checking in.

We, as a family, had booked two rooms for two nights and two rooms for one night. When my husband and I checked in we were shown to our rooms and also given the paperwork for our daughters room. There are numbered keypads for locks on the doors and we were not sure if the codes had been changed. There...

The worst place I have ever been. My first mistake was booking it without looking at reviews first because everything people say on here is completely accurate. I thought for the price it would be ok but when I got there the front door handle was broken, there was no one in the hole in the wall they called a...

Cold, dirty room. Bed sheets had hair on them, duvet cover was filithy, pillow cases were dirty, toilet was filthy and had something stuck in the bottom. Nothing was plugged in and room was freezing. Whole place is filthy, no staff except reception and counter person was polite but dirty and unkempt. Stay away!

When we arrived at the room there was half a roll of toilet paper, no soap, blood stains on the comforter, list goes on. We asked for toilet paper but there is absolutely nobody on site. We had to wait till...

There was no one there when we got there. Hotel "lobby" is downstairs in basement with just a cut out in the wall to a "reception" area. The room was ok but not worth the money we paid. TV was set on "closed caption" and we were not able to change the setting...even the handyman/porter/reception clerk couldn't fix it. I...

The halls way was very dim and the entry into the room was by punching in a 4 digit code. luckily I had a small flash light in my purse. We had 2 queen beds with there own TVs, why I don't...

My wife and I had a reservation for July 17 & 18, 2015. On June 19th this hotel called us to ask where we were. They obviously called on that day so that our credit card could be charged. When I told the person on the phone that our reservation was for July he seemed puzzled and said "oh ya"...
