We stayed in one of the winterized cabins. It was nestled in the trees beside another winterized cabin. The summer cabins are grouped together closer to the water. You can walk to the water from the winterized cabins but you cannot see it from the cabin. The fire pit area was very nice. The cabin itself was heated and came...

City Slickers beware... you may never want to leave! Peaceful, tranquil, back to nature in the raw, but with indoor plumbing! And electricity! Beware of Peeping Tom squirrels! No TV was a bonus! No Trump / Clinton tirades! It is BYOB towels, coffee, all toiletries. No big deal. PINE Cabin was clean, cozy, with very firm mattress. Hosts were great....

This property is about being able to stay on the shore of Lake Bailey in a housekeeping cabin. (My husband was not familiar with this term, but it means that you can keep house yourself with a few groceries, and the effort to cook meals--thus is can be VERY thrifty to stay in a place like this!) The cabin was...

We had a great time at Cedar Point Cabins!! The view from our cabin was absolutely breathtaking!! After being disappointed by the attitudes of the people in Copper Harbor,Paul and Jamie made our trip wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with the cabins, grounds and people. We did take advantage of the use of the canoes on Lake Bailey. The canoe trip was more...

We enjoyed our selves immensely the cabin was very clean...and the owners were very friendly and gracious...the scenery was very beautiful and serene.....we will definitely be back......They have awsome fishing ... Picturesque waterfalls. We visited the nearby harbors, and walked along the shores of the beatiful Lake Superior. ..

Lake Bailey itself, so the locals, and likely the Michigan DNR will tell you, is actually a dying lake. The lake, historically, was much, much deeper than its now shallow average of about 3 feet. That said, run, don't walk, to have a chance to stay on its shores at Cedar Point Cabins, one of the very few places to...

My husband and I with our two dogs spent a week in the pine cabin. It's the smallest cabin but very charming with a knotty pine interior, built in double and single beds which can only be described as cozy. The week we were there all the others guests were very quiet. The owners are very friendly and helpful without...

This was our second stay at Cedar Point Cabins. We came back because of the cozy feel of the cabin. We stayed in Maple both times. We like Maple because of the big window facing Lake Bailey and the secluded sitting area on the lake. The cabins are nothing special but are COZY! There is no TV so sitting at...

It's hard to write a review of the Cedar Point Cabins without using the word "cozy," because that's what they are. Comfortable, relaxed, convenient. Sometimes "cozy" implies that a place is small, but even though we were in the smaller of the two bedroom cabins (Birch) we were amazed at how much room with had. A living room with books...
