We stayed a week in The Wine Store, which was wonderful. For two people, there was everything you needed. The gites are set in a peaceful hamlet, however they are not far from plenty of lovely places to visit. Whilst there, we enjoyed a game of darts, in a tastefully converted barn and a game of petanque on a court...

We stayed at the wine store for a week back in Sept, loved it! The property is small but perfect for a cosy, romantic stay, it has everything you need and a comfy bed. Property location is lovely and a short drive to all the vineyards , which were great to discover. We shall be returning !

We stayed at the Wine Store at La Coyere for a week and couldn't want for anything more. The accommodation is well appointed with comfortable bed and a well appointed kitchen area - even a dishwasher! There are games and DVDs available, English Freesat TV, WiFi and a lovely pool to mention a few things. The local towns are a...

Situated approximately half way between Tours and Angers this is a slice of rural tranquillity which is also within very reasonable driving times of the most popular tourist attractions in the Loire valley. We stayed in the cottage for a week in July and could not have been more satisfied. The cottage is very comfortable and has all the amenities...

Had a Great Stay at La Coyere Gites. We stayed in the Cottage and it was fantastic. Suzanne and Steve were very welcoming and helpful and told us all the best places to go and see locally. We got plenty of use out of the Solar Heated Swimming pool, which was great seeing as it was scorching hot. We will...

An excellent property from all angles. We do a lot of self catering holidays and honestly believe this was one of the best. The Wine Store was very well equipped and everything actually worked!! Immaculately clean and tidy. There were a few essential provisions in the fridge for when we arrived and fresh eggs on the table. The grounds are...

We spent a all too short break at this wonderful little gem and it could not of been more perfect, it is remote enough to have complete silence but not too far away from lively towns and attractions to allow you to see some real France, Every possible requirement is catered for and nothing is wanting rest assured we will...

La Coyere is an excellent base from which to explore the Loire. We stayed in the wine store gite which was clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed preparing our meals etc. Upstairs has a nice layout with dressing area, comfy bed and bathroom with shower and french doors onto the garden. The location is beautiful and...

We've never written a review before but our fantastic holiday at la coyere was really something unique! When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Andrew and Lou and shown around the simply delightful gite (the wine store). A lot of thought had clearly gone into the rennovation of the property and it immediately felt very homely. The kitchen...

We spent a very enjoyable week staying at 'the wine store' during August. The gite is very cosy, well equipped and clean. Owners, Claire and John, made us feel very welcome and there was even a pool! An excellent base for exploring the gorgeous Loire valley, its chateaus and vineyards. Just what we wanted!
