This hotel was so refreshing - it's PINK. When you walk inside, it's like being somewhere tropical. The pool is beautiful! It's a little dated, sure, but the décor is so refreshing!!! It's nice to stay someplace that isn't like everywhere else!! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the shower was perfect!!! What else do you need for an overnight...

I wouldn't stay here again - only stayed because of a meeting. Non smoking room had so much smell of smoke infused that I got a headache. Two of the staff members at reception were very friendly but one, who appeared to be the head honcho, was perhaps a little bit tired and not too welcoming of questions etc.

What can I say? Pacific Inn is a nice, middle of the road hotel in a decent location. My king room was clean but a little dated, though the air conditioning sure worked! The hotel itself has a very cool design that reminded me of Mexico or Central America, and the pool area was excellent. The staff were all friendly,...

This was a long and necessary trip for my boyfriend and I. We drove 7 hours so that he could cross the US border for his visa. We chose this hotel because it is so close to the border. We booked through booking.com a few days before the trip. We requested that the room be ready before the 3pm check...

On behalf of the Pacific Inn Resort and Conference Center, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our services. It is most disappointing to hear that your stay with us was less than enjoyable. Your situation should have been handled better, it is a rule of the extranet company that the reservation was made through,...

I was very impressed with this hotel. The front desk clerk Cat was outstanding, and helped me with getting a fridge for our room. The hot tub was awesome it was like being in a grotto. The room was fine as well. The tv was great and had a good channel selection. The beds were ok nothing luxurious, but ok....

Had to evacuate all our rooms at midnight after discovering bedbugs in all our rooms. They offered to put us in a suite but we discovered bedbugs there as well! The frustrating thing is that they knew of the infestation beforehand. The place is so dirty!

This review is not correct and should be removed. These guests of 5 rooms stayed the first night with no complaints. On the second night at 11pm they brought a bug down claiming it was in their room. The night auditor offered them a suite and after 30 minutes they decided to all check out. The night auditor is instructed...

Used to enjoy bringing the kids and staying for the weekend. Pool was warm and it felt tropical. Pool is now ice cold, locker rooms smell like mold and stink, and the hot tub is murky with urine. Ugh. What is happening to management overseeing things? What a shame to watch it steadily deteriorate.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The pool is a very important to all our guests and we go to great lengths to insure that it is always up and running properly and have full time staff just maintaining that area and the gym. There was a mechanical problem that weekend that made it difficult...

The lobby seemed nice enough, but when we got to our room I was shocked. Cobwebs on the ceiling, broken security latch, broken curtains. Beds were hard and paint was badly touched up. Some of the new furniture looked out of place with the peeling wall trim and dingy fixtures. Bathroom was unpleasent. When we complained they upgraded our room...
