Overall nice hotel but disappointed in the shuttle service. Only ran twice a day during the weekends which we were told different when we booked. It's about a eight minute walk from the bus stop but you have to walk on the side of the highway as there is no sidewalk. Pretty unsafe at night and isn't easy with luggage....

Highlight of this place is the proximity to Whistler without having to pay more than double for accomodation. Complimentary ski shuttle service is great. Shuttle driver clearly enjoys his job which helps as the drive can be boring. EV charging and heated underground parking is a welcomed bonus. Will definitely come back again.

My wife and I were planning a snowshoeing weekend in Pemberton and stayed at the Pemberton Valley Lodge. Due to my vehicle problems my wife and I had to leave one night earlier. We had to pay for the night that we did not use. It would have been nice to receive a credit or portion for a future stay....

The Pemberton Valley Lodge is in a good location. The road is good and it's an easy drive to Whistler. It's also an easy walk into Pemberton Village to restaurants and the local coffee shop for breakfast should you decide against the in house continental which I would recommend doing. The continental breakfast was overpriced for a partially frozen bagel,...

Great staff! A couple hiccups in equipment (hot tub was out of commission) Having washer dryer in the suite was awesome! Transportation between whistler and pemberton is somewhat restrictive but manageable. If someone were to have their own vehicle parking is redibly available both indoor and outdoor.

In Pemberton area for an extended work stay, and am delighted by my employer's choice of residence for me. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and efficient, the rooms are quiet and very clean - important to me as I had to work in them in the evenings as my office. Great place to stay in a beautiful valley.

Great hotel in beautiful Pemberton. Better value than Whistler, and nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Large rooms with kitchen, great pool and hottub. One bedroom suite is spacious. Clean, well appointed, everything works. Beds and linens very cosy. Nice check in with warm apple cider. Free underground parking.

Unfortunately our visit left something to be desired. Upon requesting additional pillows (I am currently suffering from terrible reflux and need to sleep sitting up) one was brought as that was all they had. The smoke detector was disconnected. There was no food available and no delivery services made available. We were travelling with our son and this is the...

Nice quiet lodge with great pool/hot tub and steam room. Not a bad drive to Whistler for skiing. Beautiful valley scenery. Heated underground parking was nice so car was warm in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a drop in to this hotel as I decided to break up a long drive quite late at night. I was made very welcome, quickly given a room and a parking spot. The room was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
