Our room facing the harbor was attractive - yet simple. A patio outside our door. Sun set over the harbor and mountains beautiful. We were there with a Road Scholar group trip and took advantage of visiting the Wild Pacific Trail and Pacific Rim National Park while there. The dining room aboard the Canadian Princess had delicious food and was...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Huge room with a loft room on top. Very comfortable beds, lighting a bit dim and no hairdryer in room. Nice deck outside to watch the fishing boats come and go. Lovely family of otters running and swimming around the jetty, very amusing to watch. Unusual restaurant on an old boat with a good menu...

I spent two nights at the Canadian Princess Fishing Lodge Sept 2015. The accommodations are rustic but very suited for a West Coast fishing experience. Each room provides a stunning view of the harbour and a covered deck allows one to to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. This was...

If you are going to the west coast of Vancouver Island this is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and offer wonderful views of the Ucluelet harbour. We had a lovely deck to have our morning coffee on and take in the views. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and...

The harbour view rooms are roomy clean and comfortable with all the needs for a family fishing trip…..all details of the fishing trip can be organized on-site from fishing licenses to the packing of the fish to take home. Most of us were first time fishers….the Chinook crew of Bruce, Ken and Keith were patient angling teachers and made sure...

Enjoyed a great fishing weekend with family. We stayed in the building furthest from the office. My room on second floor with view was clean and spacious. Wi-Fi in room would have been nice. Food in restaurant was good. Staff was excellent. I plan to return next year.

We just spent a memorable weekend in Ucluelet staying at the fishing lodge for two nights. The lodge was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We went fishing for one day. The crew on the boat was amazing, they gave great instructions, were very patient with us rookie fisherman, and ensured we all caught at least one fish...

We spent two nights in Ucluelet and ate in the restaurant both times - we went quite early and it was easy to get a table, the food was good and not expensive and the service was excellent and very friendly. Well worth trying the fish and chips, but be warned the nachos starter is humungous!

This hotel is not one I'll return to...there were too many things about it I didn't like and/or missing: The room has no hairdryer, and while I could borrow one from the office, you had better claim one quickly because they only have two or three to offer. The room also has no phone, so I couldn't call the office...

Thank you for your review of your visit to the Canadian Princess Fishing Lodge & Marine Adventures. It is disappointing that we did not live up to your expectations and that you feel you wouldn’t return. We believe that the cozy, rustic atmosphere allows our guests the chance to focus on connecting with the natural, quiet beauty that Ucluelet has...

This review is for the restaurant only. The restaurant is part of the lodge property, and is permanently docked in the adjacent boat basin in Ucluelet. We went to the restaurant one evening while in town and it was an enjoyable experience. The ship is a good size and you can explore around it although I gather some of it...
