Pictures often say more than 1,000 words. This is a pure gem hidden in the forest of Heerde, a bit north of Apeldoorn. The B&B is located in a renovated farm dating back to 1715 located on the premises of the Vossenberg castle dating also back to the same era. Hosts Titia and Bert are welcoming, offer advice and splendid breakfast. Rooms are truly amazing. Nicely decorated, like in a fairytale.
A charming B&B in the countryside. The house is so special and beautiful made by the lovely owner Titzia and her husband. The place is like a house from the fairy tale. Everything is green and flourishing. One of the best. Wow.
The two B&B rooms have been very delicately decorated by the owners. The historic details of the old farm have been nicely sustained. The surrounding is great for hiking or a bike tour. Great breakfast and dogs are welcome.
We had a wonderful welcome by Titia, who is a great hostess and who together with her husband created this beautiful retreat in the country. This carefully restored 18th century farmhouse offers two separate rooms, both very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with private bath, one with its own sitting room and direct garden access. Breakfast was scrumptious, tips for restaurants and sights right on the mark, hospitality generous and real. What a great place to come to and unwind. Can't wait to come back!
We found this place browsing the internet and what a find it was. A beautiful old Dutch farmhouse lovingly restored by the owner Titia and her husband on an old country estate. The rooms are spacious enough with en-suite and a nice attached living room with armchairs. There is a lovely garden with loungers and a big granite table where you can eat outdoors if the weathers OK. Bikes are available FOC and there's beer & wine in the fridge. Breakfast is served in the communal dining room and consists of cold meats, cheese, fruit, yogurt and fresh bread plus a few surprises. If you're after the bright lights then search elsewhere - but if you're looking for peace and quite in a beautiful setting looked after by a charming hostess - then look no further.
