This was my second visit to the site. A very well laid out site with plenty of facilities, clean and user friendly. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the bar and used the nearby Tissington Trail for a nice long bike ride. Although site is...More

Thank for your review, we do blacklist people who do not respond to polite requests to keep the noise down after 10.30 p.m. so I don't expect you will come across Kermit et al if you return.

Thank you for your kind words, Lavazza for their fine coffee, our chef for doing a good job - and you for calling in - hope to see you again soon. Best wishes.

A generally very nice place. The timber pods are very cosy, and have a woodburning stove that can be used for cooking. A shame they don't supply pots or pans, or tell you they don't. The previous occupants had kindly left half drunk bottles of...More

My family stayed in a medium timber yurt for two nights. The yurt was spacious and once we got the fire going it was lovely and warm. However, it wasn't as clean as we hoped considering there's not much in the yurt to clean, there...More
