We stayed in the cabin in the photo, the largest on the property. There were 3 of us, but we also entertained another couple during our stay. The Cabin itself is lovingly executed using lots of reclaimed lumber and local material. It is tastefully decorated, and has everything you could need from a small flashlight to a Barbecue and deck....

Great place to stay while touring the North end of Vancouver Island, as it is on the way to Prince Rupert Ferry, close enough to Port Hardy, day trips to Winter Harbour and Cape Scott. We rented cabins for a group and it was perfect. Cabins were clean and homey with comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoyed having a kitchen and...

Delightful two nights stay at Cabin #5 while I toured Port Hardy. When booking the room over phone with one of the owners, Donna, she suggested that I stay for two nights instead of just one as I drive from Victoria. She was very kind and thoughtful and Port Hardy made me very glad that I took the advice! Cabin...

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The cabins are nicely decorated, warm and cozy. We were in cabin one which I would say is the most private. It has partial views and a great covered deck. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small but served our needs and there was a bbq. There are...

We stayed two nights in the Cabin No 7. We was 3 adults. The Cabin is not really big but correct for a short stay. All the furniture is new. There is a wood stove. We regret because The Cabine No 7 has not view. There are not really welcome and contact with the managers which is unusual in Canada.

This place is everything you could want for a nice getaway! The owners are super nice! It is very well kept and up to date. I love the fact that they have a fire pit and an outside kitchen area with hot water available all year. I'm so glad we chose this place! Absolutely nothing to complain about! We will...

I stayed here for 1 night (Cabin 4) for work. My colleague recommended it and I see why. What a wonderful place. Very nicely appointed: a kitchenette, queen bed, tv with satellite, a great rain shower with river rocks. Bed was very comfortable and spotless. They didn't cheap out on ANYTHING. Even the sink and toilet were more upscale. And...

What a lovely cabin (#7). Not only is it elegant, but functional use of space as well. I very much appreciated the aluminium foil and resealable plastic zip bags. The shower was a lovely experience, nice tile shelving! The sofa bed was very comfortable. Just a delight. Riley, our young host, tended kindly to our comfort, ensuring we had firewood,...

If you want to get away from the city hussell and bussell, this is the place! We traveled from Vancouver for the weekend to Nanaimo by ferry then drove to Port Hardy. Beautiful scenery on the way, be sure to take Highway 19A when it cuts off to be on the oceanside. We arrived early evening and found our accommodations to...

Situated very close to the ferry terminal Ecoscape is able to facilitate either a late arrival or an early departure. It's the ideal location for a few days peace and quiet. Very cosy, clean and well equipped cabins ensure the perfect environment for that 'away from it all' feeling. Donna was very helpful in arranging for Budget Car Hire to...
