Supposed to be the best hotel in Port Hardy, if so I would not like to see the worst. The bed was semi comfortable and the bathroom adequate but I was glad to be there for only one night before getting the ferry very early the next morning. However saying that the owners were very friendly and obliging. They left...

Low cost, offered a shuttle to the airport. People were very nice. Accommodation was basic. Floors were concrete with very thin carpet... That said it was cheap and convenient to the airport! The restaurant was a surprise hit!

We checked in late as did many others after our inside passage ferry trip. Reception was open but staff was not tolerant and rushed - there were no smiles!! Room is dated and basic but clean - the wifi is hopeless (due to cement walls). This motel is cheap compared to others in the area - if it's a quick...

A bit out of the way but not hard to find, I was a bit wary when we arrived. My fears were unfounded and we found the room to be clean and comfortable. The decor could have used a bit of upgrading but, as mentioned, it was clean! The hotel staff was superb! The were very friendly and even opened...

This hotel was handy to get to the ferry by not being in town. As you are driving there you think you are lost; keep driving to the airport - it is right there. The rooms were clean, but dated. The parking lot was large enough to move our large truck with ease. They understood that we needed to leave...

Very dated, musty room, day staffed was borderline rude, we had a hard time finding the place and called for directions, they wouldn't give us directions until they confirmed we had a reservation. The best part of our stay was the delicious Japanese dinner we had.

Original hotel not available so we were staying here. arrived after a fantastic whale watching trip, room was clean and comfortable with no good view. There was a chinese restaurant attached and managed to get a table but chose the wrong food🙁 Due to leaving early we were given a boxed breakfast🙂 was good eating on the deck of the...

Nice clean, small motel with friendly folks and the price is reasonable, lots of taxes added on, restaurant on site, lots of parking, atmosphere is pedestrian-basic, great location with rental car at airport then travel to town (car expensive) $200/day, liquor store in motel. Lots of motels in town, so if you are going to stay for a few days...

I found it musty, dark, and dingy and expensive. The wifi didn't get through the concrete walls. We arrived on the ferry late at night and everything else was booked. some updating could make it pleasant,

Hello Trek1canada, Thank you for your feedback, we read and consider every review as we work towards constant improvement. Given the size of the property there are rooms that get less natural light than others and may seem darker as a result. If you do happen to book with us again - we can ensure you get a brighter room....

This is the perfect location to stay close to the Port Hardy airport ! Rooms are efficient at a good value. There´s a small drugstore available, too and an excellent Korean restaurant. The airport terminal is within walking distance -

“No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, ask for a ground floor room. Also no air con, but that wasn't really a problem because you could open the window wide, and it was very quiet and pleasant out.”
