Stayed here with a couple and 2 other girlfriends. Cozy furnished room that made it feel cabin-like. In town, close to amenities and the lake. Only thing we had a bit of an issue with is the paper thin walls. The upstairs neighbours made 2 noise complaints to us as just sitting at our dinning room table talking was noisy...

Thank you for writing us a review Stephanie, we're sorry to hear of the noise issues your neighbors had. We are an older facility and unfortunately not much noise can be contained in each room,we understand you weren't at fault. We're glad you enjoyed our cozy cabin like atmosphere otherwise, hope to have you back again in the future!

We spent one night here during a nine day trip to Glacier National Park. The 2nd floor room was recently refurbished and although on the smallish side, had a table and chairs as well as a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee maker. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant although we didn't have much interaction with them. The...

My friend and I stayed in Unit 1: 3 Room Suite A (street level). The suite has two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twins, We could hardly breathe because of the stale dusty air. I had to open the window to let in some fresh air so I could sleep. The blinds were bent...

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay with us. We are an older property and pride ourselves on our unique country cabin atmosphere, we do understand this is not everyone's taste. We hope your time spent in Waterton was enjoyable despite your issues with our accommodation.

Spent one night here during the Wildflower Festival after spending one night at the Prince of Wales (another review). The queen bed was welcomed after the cramped double at the Prince of Wales, the room adequate, but the building's plumbing was very noisy. TV and WiFi reception were almost non-existent. The location was great as it was just a few...

We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review! We apologize for the noisy plumbing, as we are an older facility it's an unavoidable situation; we hope this didn't hinder you from enjoying your stay otherwise. The beautiful mountains tend to hinder most of our electronic signals, but with this beautiful of a view we think it's an...

We've been coming to Waterton for over 25 years - twice a year, and for a majority of that time, we've been loyal to the Crandell Mountain Lodge. We remember the previous owners - Alan and Doris and then their son and daughter who took over after Alan and Doris retired. This place has always had a charming mountain lodge...

There were four of us in a suite...4 old high school friend. There were two bedrooms and a living/dining/kitchen area with a sofa bed. One bedroom had two twins, the other a queen, so we also used the sofa bed, making the space a little tighter than necessary. It had that rustic cabin feel and was a welcome relief from...

We stayed one night only in a single room. Was very well kept, décor a bit older and country like. Plenty of space. Narrow bathroom yet everything fit and not difficult to move around. Just a block or so from the main town area. Beautiful views of the mountains. Nice friendly man at the desk when we checked in -...

Thank you for writing us a review! It's so nice to hear you enjoyed your time with us at Crandell Mountain Lodge. The mountains tend to block most TV signals, but we agree that it's not a necessity when you have this beautiful of surroundings! We hope to have you back again the next time you visit Waterton.

The Crandell Mountain lodge is full of character and charm reminiscent of an earlier time. Very comfortable although dated rooms add to the quietness of the lodge. Be aware that there isn't air conditioning and you will have to climb stairs if you are situated on the second level. It is central to walking to the shops, restaurants and getting...

We did a family trip to Waterton for mothers day, purchased 2 Travelzoo vouchers for kitchenette suits. The rooms were clean, perhaps a bit dated, but if you wanted a 'homesteading' type of experience (was built in 1939) you found your spot. Jimmy the manager was helpfull in playing tour guide, and we took his suggestions to enhance our lil...

We were booked to stay only one night here but after seeing the town and the lodge we forfeited our deposit on a different hotel and stayed there a second night.
