The staff was very nice! Friendly and helpful. But I was disappointed in the room. It appeared a bit dowdy. Trying to redecorate but missed so many points-ceiling etc. Will not choose this place again.More

We are so sorry you were disappointed with your accommodations and the decor. We are a rustic lodge but we did just refurbish all our guest rooms with new wallpaper/paint , beds, carpet, patio doors, TV's and bathrooms. It is funny you mention the ceilings...More
What a beautiful place to stay in Waterton. We used it as a base for day-hikes, enjoying sunrises over the lake from our balcony, and cool evenings. Calm and peaceful during the week. The associated restaurants are good for typical resort fare -- no surprises....More

One of the best resort & spa i have ever been to. Best service and best prices. Rooms with a elegant view and soothing sound of water from the lakes. Perfect place for meditation and relaxation. Will be back in 2019!!!
