Lovely hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Close to hippodrome. Nice breakfast. Shops nearby and restaurants. Nice little square with fountains nearby. Found cheap disabled parking in nearby road as hotel valet quite costly. Recommended.

Stayed just one night Friday 11th Sept. Parking options are pricey , chose Millenium square NCP at £17 which meant a long walk with the suitcase. Check in was fine but then long wait for lift ! Totally inadequate for such a big hotel. Room unexciting - stained carpets and drain smell from bathroom. Nice large bed. No view but... More

We stayed here 4th September while we attended a 50th Birthday party of family in Bristol. We booked the hotel because of its central location and also because of previous excellent stays in other Radisson hotels, especially Guildford which is generally excellent. Sadly, this hotel is clearly the poor relative. The room we had which was first floor had a... More

Arrived yesterday at 12.30 and was pleased to find that our room was ready (I had requested an early check in). I also asked for a quiet room and we were upgraded to a Business room free of charge. You couldn't be in a better location if you are heading to a concert in Colston Hall in Bristol. The hotel is large, bright, modern and clean. The rooms were very spacious, and provided an Iron and Ironing Board, which is very useful for a weekend stay. The reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't opt for... More

I've stayed there twice already and will repeat in my next visit. The rooms are nicely decorated ans spacious. The bathroom and the ammenities are nice. Breakfast is good too and the staff very helpful. Only one advice: if you are sending clothes for laundry you will have to tell them, otherwise they won't take it, even if you leave... More

This is a modern high rise city centre hotel. One of the two lifts was out of order all week. The single functioning lift would indicate it was on its way then change direction before arriving full.
