Stayed one night for business in August. It was ok but nothing more. Underground parking is a great feature, although a bit of a walk to reception from the car park if you have lots of bags - you come up in the car park lift and then walk the length of the hotel to reception. Very grand reception lobby...

This Hotel was very convenient for the centre. We had a beautiful large room in the tower part. The staff were all so friendly, so obviously good training going on. I can't speak about the food because we ate out. Would I go again? You bet i would.

Had a couple of excellent nights as a mid week break to do a bit of shopping and relaxation. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the main shopping area which was perfect for us. The spa and pool facilities were excellent and very clean and provided a great way to unwind at the end of the day....

A great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Our delegates room was stunning. Food was very good and the room I was in had everything I needed and was very spacious. Only heard good things about the hotel from the other delegates staying there too. Would stay there again.

We were here for Saturday night. Parking is not included and is advertised @£35 for overnight. Hotel guests 'though 'only' pay £16. Tiny spaces with restricted height. As a result of a mistake with our reservation, we got the aforementioned parking for free. The room we had was large with a comfortable bed. It was set up for disabled guests....

Stayed at this hotel in June for a night away and the photos do not do it justice. Wonderful hotel with easy access to the parking which is right underneath the hotel. Easy walk to reception which was wonderful. Were greeted at reception by the staff who were very helpful and friendly. The room was huge and the bed was...

This hotel boasts clean rooms, spacious lobby, well presented and cooked food, attentive service, swimming pool and jacuzzi. We were happy with all of this. The room was a good size, the hotel was faultless in its own right. But, I will never, never, never go there again. I do not recommend it and suggest that anyone who wants to...
