Very comfy beds! Fantastic location if a bit noisy! Lovely breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Parking might be an issue for some people, as you have to park in the multi storey 5mins away, but not an issue for us.

Second visit to this really great Guesthouse. Had a great stay, and slept in one of the Airstream's on the roof. Excellent. Delicious breakfast included in the price. Also so central for all the other Bristol attractions.

Perfect location in the centre of Bristol, very good service and excellent value. King room, pleasant but sadly let in too much light so had no sleep 🙄 Such a shame! We could handle the noise just not the light shining in our room...

Great little boutique guesthouse in a fantastic location right in the centre of Bristol. We stayed 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) and found the king double had all we needed. Really comfy bed, great shower, nice decor for a great b&b price. The room was cosy, but adequate size for the 2 of us. A bit too warm, but I...

Great location, right by St Nicholas market, easy to get everywhere. Lovely helpful staff, beautifully clean, comfortable and functional. Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice. Clear instructions sent beforehand, covering directions and parking. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Stayed here for one night when going to a show at the Colston Hall. A very warm and friendly welcome, room looked out onto a courtyard and was very quite. Five minute walk from nearest NCP car park and theatres, discount will be given for car park on production of the ticket. Plenty of very good restaurants and bars within...

Four of us recently stayed for 2 nights at Brooks. We had 2 good sized double bedrooms. Very well organised little rooms. Comfortable beds and spotless bedding and towels. Shower was huge and hot water plentiful. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer if needed. Our rooms overlooked the little garden area so it was a little...

Stayed one night here during week friendly polite staff I accidentally booked a caravan room on the roof which I was shocked about. But when getting in there what a positive experience different would completely recommend. Not ideal if you like your big luxury hotel room but I enjoyed the different side of it. Food area lobby well presented.

We live in Bristol but decided to stay in the roof top caravans on the brooks guest house roof, the guest house and the caravans are immaculate and very clean, the caravan was lush, I couldn't find a spec of dust anywhere, we had a 16ft rocket which for one night was perfect, it's very very small but very cosy,...

This place has a great location for Bristol city center. Rooms are small, but like i said perfectly formed. Great breakfast options, over and above the fry-up. I like this place because it has none of the corporate plastic stuff.... nice cool laid back staff, who really like working there.
