Really nice twin room with good decor. Lovely bathroom with separate shower. It was quiet even though located close to popular weekend party area. Good location for visiting all sights of central Bristol.

Clean, friendly modern hotel.good breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as lots of others close by. Nicely furnished, large modern room. My room was at the back of the hotel and I did get disturbed by rubbish collection at 7 am ( on a saturday), rooms at the front might be better...but cost more. TV in the bathroom 😄

Everything was great - only stayed 1 night but perfect location for us. Right on the Welshback - we had booked the Glassboat for lunch which is right outside! Upgraded to a Superior room so we were really pleased. Room was very comfortable and spotless - all staff we met were very professional. A lovely stay 😀

I had the pleasure of staying here for a few days during the summer and I thought it was great. Located just by the canal, not far from the train station or the market type place with all the food-stands. The hotel itself is very modern with nice rooms, a friendly staff, a good bar and a nice restaurant. The...

Good hotel location, right by the canal. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and a small double, not what I'd expect at this price for a "superior" room. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, all fresh & hot, & fabulous eggs Benedict cooked to order too. Restaurant wasn't at all crowded at breakfast time, nor was the bar in the evenings - plenty...

The first thing that hit me about this hotel was the staff, the reception staff were excellent. I was tired and a little cranky after a difficult journey but they perked me right up. The room was spacious and comfy and right in the centre of Bristol. The restaurant staff again were great at their jobs and very helpful and...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night as a birthday getaway. We had booked a Privilege room (512) and we were very impressed! The room was spacious and very well decorated, with free use of the Nespresso machine and minibar. The bed was lovely and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The service that we received was brilliant,...

We overnighted at this pleasant hotel which is situated next to the canals in Bristol. We travelled by car and parked, as suggested by the hotel, in the very convenient Queen Charlotte St car park which adjoins the hotel. (The hotel discounted the £23 per 24 hour charge by 25%). The welcome was efficient but cold with no smiles. As...

I regularly stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have with this hotel is that it doesn't matter when I stay I am woken from 5am onwards with rubbish collecting and noise. They really need to think about extra double-glazing to reduce the amount of noise. It is...
