Great accommodation and staff. Only disappointment having to pay £12 parking charges when my wife is disabled and a blue badge holder. As a base to travel around Bristol it was excellent. Parts are very nice but there are several rough sleepers near bye.

This Premier Inn is very central, close to all shops etc. Restaurant was a Beefeater, we had breakfast here which was very good. We also had dinner on Sat night which was exceptional, definitely recommend having a meal here.

This was a brilliant choice especially as we were right in the centre. The room was comfortable and great for the little one. The all you can eat breakfast was well worth it. The harbourside is a good twenty minute walk from the hotel while the city centre shops are literally across from the hotel. The airport bus stops right...

Great size room, lovely bed and great service from the staff. If you have allergies don't bother eating at the restaurant, they can't really cater for you. But great room and lovely night sleep. Would recommend!

Had one night here. The service was very good, the rooms clean and as always a very comfortable bed. I would prefer better facilities in the bathroom but for the price it was ok. Had food and drinks in the bar attached and the service again was excellent from the staff. The location is perfect for a trip to the...

Hotel ticks all the boxes for those looking for a convenient location within the city centre. Great viewing position of the city if you stay on the higher floors. Rooms clean and functional. Great bed so perfect night sleep. As I always say if it's good enough for Lenny Henry then it's good for me!!!

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, nice modern room, good location for exploring the city by foot. Easy walk to Colston Hall. Decent breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Added bonus of parking on site although this limited- much cheaper than NCP.

A good central hotel, my room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Air con was good. The restaurant was shocking, for dinner disinterested staff who were slow unhelpful and verging on rude for breakfast on my second day my parched eggs arrived broken delivered in a cereal bowl, I have never seen such shocking presentation of two poached eggs!
