Stayed for a few days on business. Outstandingly friendly reception, lovely single room, basic but modern, all you need. Loyalty scheme is a big plus. In house restaurant is just fantastic, top notch food, tho a tad pricey and service charge automatically added, not optional. Oneplus is hotel residents get 10% discount in the restautant. One of the better cheap...

The staff were amazing, they were both attentive and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, a tad on the small side but the hotel is ideally located. All around excellent value and highly recommend, we will definitely be returning for future stays!

I was travelling with my daughter. It was dark, late and we were lost. I phoned for directions, explained my situation (I was driving and lost ) only to be put on hold. When I was finally dealt with I was given an abrupt description as to where to go. I asked about the secure parking only to be told just...

Dear Mrs_Taff, I am very disappointed to hear that you found the receptionist to be unhelpful in giving directions to our car park over the phone. We usually only recieve positive comments regarding our frendliness and service and on numerous occasions my team how gone out onto the street in front of the hotel to direct our guests towards the...

Don't be fooled by the front entrance, the rooms in this hotel are very shabby, the carpets and curtains need replacing, the mattresses are uncomfortable and feel old, the pillows were flat from overuse, and the bedding is outdated - what kind of hotel doesn't have duvets in December?! Mind you it was a good job they didn't provide duvets,...

Lovely and clean ensuite room that came with free fruit, tea and coffee (the coffee did taste a little strange) and late night room service :) Apart from a blip in the system causing the receptionist to think our room didn't include breakfast that was swiftly resolved after I showed her my online receipt, it was a lovely stay, and...

The Hotel is decent, if unspectacular - comfortable bed, clean shower/bathroom, friendly service. It is a shame that wifi and a cooked breakfast were not included in the price (which isn't exactly a budget price). The worst aspect of the hotel is that the walls might as well have been made of cardboard - you can pretty much hear everything...
