Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Glad we found this hotel as our usual hotel was fully booked. This will be our first choice for accommodation in Bristol from now on. We didn't try the bar or the breakfast.... Next time. Good location for Clifton. Good bars and restaurants close.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find at short notice but it didn't let me down. Staff were very friendly and helpful and my single room was clean, warm and had all the necessities - tea and coffee, towel and a small amount of toiletries. I would definitely recommend it.

Went to stay at the Bristol Regency for my son's graduation. It wouldn't have been my first choice but we booked fairly late and a lot of hotels seemed full. Rooms were quite small and very expensive, for what they were. (£500 for 3 people for 2 nights). The walls and floors seemed very thin, you could hear a lot...

The hotel was nearby the place our daughter lives. A ten min. walk The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet. Now it was okay but I think in summertime a bit too warm I didn't see airco.

I have been staying here every week since about the end of November beginning of December and I have chosen to keep staying here over commercial chain hotels. The staff are lovely, and as it is a small hotel you get to meet everyone including the manager and the owner on a regular basis. The rooms are clean and warm,...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My room was dark and relatively quiet, except during room cleaning in the morning. There is no lift. The continental breakfast was over-priced for what was offerred - I'd recommend eating breakfast elsewhere - at the Boston Tea Party or the Primrose, which are...

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely area. It's a bit of a walk into town but worth it. On arrival the staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was a good size and clean and pleasant. The bathroom was a tad small and getting in and out of the shower was not easy but I'm being pedantic...

Parking was an issue but with the help of the hotel staff we manage to find somewhere. They also offer us a map of the city and they explain us which are the best places to visit in Bristol. Was my first time in Bristol but after my little chat with the receptionist i felt that i know already this...

Stayed for one night in an executive room. Felt cramped. Big king size bed which was very comfortable. Room was clean and adequate but felt description lead me to expect more. Bathroom under eaves so no full height shower. Did not try bar or restaurant. Sadly would not stay again.
