Good standard Premier Inn in suburb of Bristol. Rooms high quality for this sort of thing- good TV air con bathroom etc . Restaurant poor however. Dirty tables slow service and a bit of a let down. Some other options available on the retail park. I'd stay here and use them.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, will definitely stay here again, the breakfast was excellent and it is only a short walk to other food chains, Maccies, KFC, Frankie & Benny's, and also Dominos, with a Cineworld and a Mecca Bingo

Rooms very comfortable with signature comfortable bed. Nicely refitted bathroom. Quiet location and good value as we stayed beginning of December and booked well in advance. Fairly close to Bristol city centre.

Have been using this hotel for a number of years when visiting relatives nearby. The newly built extension has excellent disabled facilities with adjoining rooms. Rooms clean, tidy and welcoming, beds really comfortable. Bathroom in disabled room perfect for guests with disabilities. Breakfast served in restaurant just what we wanted, Staff very attentive and friendly.

Bed comfy, nice tv. Only used the attached pub for tea which was nice enough. Any staff encountered were pleasant enough. Only complaint oils...

My room was comfortable and clean, the bed really comfortable, traveling around a lot for work so it's essential to have a good night rest. Only on this occasion there was a lot of noise from the oom directly above me with a child running around until late into the night. This s the only flaw I had. Everything else...

Premier Inn has agood name for quality and cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The Brewers Fayer next doors recommended for food but proceed with caution. Poor quality food with some cold or not properly cooked, poor service and errors in billing.

The hotel is very convenient for the Hengrove Leisure Centre. There are restaurants and a cinema nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are quiet, clean and basic. It fit our needs perfectly. Upgrade to the paying wi-fi if you want to do anything on your computer with pictures or video.
