Stayed here on a weekend ahead of a marathon nearby. great value, friendly welcome, warm and comfortable. We had an early start on a Sunday but Margaret still made sure we got our breakfast! just as we were heading out the door she also chased after us and gave us a lift two miles down the road to the start...

This is like staying in a friend's lovely home. The room and bathroom were lovely - comfy bed and excellent shower. Everything really clean. Margaret very kindly accommodated my gluten-free eating at breakfast with no fuss. The place itself is really handy for driving on the M40 - you don't have to go out of your way to get to...

I stayed for five nights in late June, and was treated royally. My bedroom was adjacent to my own private bathroom, and they remembered to stock all the things I forgot... shampoo, soap, washer ... and the tea and shortbread in my room was always freshly restocked when I returned in the late afternoons. Comfortable bed, incredibly clean room and...

I stopped here for 3 months while working just up the road. Warm, comfortable, clean, very friendly & good rates, free wifi, a home from home. Very handy for town or motorway. Would certainly stop here again for work or pleasure, 10/10.

Me, my wife and my parents stayed here for 2 night while visiting family and it really was a home from home. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and our hosts were so welcoming. When we go back to High Wycombe we will most defiantly be looking to stay again.

I found this excellent family run B and B last minute and cancelled my previously booking with a major chain that offers room only. I needed a bed only, for my 3 nights stay and this was easily accommodated.Although not en-suite, I had mt very own shower/toilet right opposite! I would recommend and certainly stay there again if the need...

Stayed for one night recently and despite a small mix up with the booking dates that was swiftly sorted with a free upgrade without any hesitation . Magaret is a lovely warm friendly host and this feels like a home from home. I decided to try out a local b n b after feeling fed up of the soulless chains...
