It is nothing special I could tell about this B&B. A bit expensive - but what is not expensive in the UK?? It is placed not too far from the city centre, not too far from the railwaystation, so you can opt to walk or use the bus. The bus station is right in the front of the house. The... More

THere was no place to stay closer to Cambridge so we stayed here. The stairs leading up to our room were very narrow and steep. The room was tastefully done except for a broken shade. The bathroom had a seat taht kept sliding off the toilet and there were no shampoos or body wash until the day we left. The... More

Stayed here for one night on a business trip, was close enough to the centre for a short taxi ride. The room was lovely (room 6), it had a doudle and a single bed and the room was massive. My room was at the back of the building which meant I had big double doors opening into the garden, lovely.... More

This property doesn't lock to inviting at first view, but it really is a little gem. Good room well fitted and probably one of the best breakfasts I ever had in any Hotel. I paid £45.00 for my room, good value in my book especially for Cambridge.

I was made very welcome. The rooms are spotless, beds clean and very comfortable. A good supply of tea coffee, plus bottles of water were available in the room. Breakfast was fresh cooked, and the plate was full. (I liked the toaster on the table, so could make the toast when required.) A continental breakfast was also available. Parking on... More

I've now stayed here three times and it's been good the first two times. Unfortunately we were put in Room 1 this time which has a rather aged and saggy mattress and being so close to the kitchen and having no sound proofing, it is not very good for a decent night's sleep. The bathroom has been shoehorned in and... More

We only stayed one night and it was fine. The price makes this absolutely worth staying at if you need a place to stay whilst visiting. The food in the morning was lovely and the whole place is very clean. Lots of tradesmen were staying at the time, luckily there is a large-ish parking area out-front that made the parking... More

Enjoyed our stay here but were positioned in a front bedroom which overlooked a busy main road resulting in heavy traffic noise. We liked the friendly welcome and nicely decorated and spacious room. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of choices. There was a good power shower over the bath. Free working WiFi, however signal quality... More

The location on the ring road of Cambridge means easy access, but also lots of traffic noise through the windows. The rooms (and bathrooms) have been recently modernized, they are stylish and clean. The mattress was quite stout and thus suited me well, but the bed was ridiculously short; should have been a foot longer at least. The bathroom also... More
