It seems there are places left to treasure in the world. We had a nice trip to Little Sark and were not disappointed by the fantastic service available at La Sablonnerie. Elizabeth is a fantastic host! The meals were prepared to finest quality and we could not have expected more! It is a shame we had to leave the following...

The only way to get to La Sablonnerie is to walk or take a horse drawn carriage but it is worth it. The food is excellent as is the setting. We've been going there for 10 years and always had a great experience.

We arrived rather late after a nice walk from big Sark with our toddler and the kitchen had pretty much closed yet the staff moved a table outside, provided entertainment for our little girl and well deserved drinks for us parents, delicious local mackerel lunch and pasta for the daughter and we ended up sitting and chatting in the sunshine...

We thought there was no longer any magic left in the world - but there IS, at this lovely hotel, where one arrives as a tourist and leaves feeling like one of the family. Elizabeth and her fantastic team leave no stone unturned to ensure that one has the best possible experience, from comfortable beds in a charming cottage, to...

Recently returned after a another short break at La Sablonnerie. As always, very welcoming and the whole hotel immaculately kept. A most relaxing stay and it is lovely to not have TV or radio to disturb the peace. We really enjoyed our evening meal in the main hotel and also two very good lunches in the tea garden - one...

The attentive, charming staff ensured that I felt valued at every step. I received the best of service . The comfortable , well appointed bedroom was cleaned several times a day: there was a fruit bowl and fresh flower posy and never a towel out of place. During the day, between cycle rides or walks, I sat in the attractive...

From the moment I arrived again in Little Sark to stay at La Sablonnerie I felt so sorry that it has been several years since my last visit (finding the time is a problem). This excellent and engaging hotel has maintained its wonderful welcome, scrumptious food and immaculate, clean, and constantly-refreshed accommodation. That it nestles amongst the trees in a...
