We stayed here last night having been double booked by late rooms at the McDonald's hotel at 209 for the night This hotel cost me 65 which come on what do you expect 32.50 per person they have to clean the place wash the bedding and everything else and in our opinion is as I say what it says on...

So after reading so many bad reviews on the hotel we were slightly sceptical about our stay. However on arrival we were greeted by 2 pleasant gentlemen, our room was clean, the bed was comfy everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Very easy to find and parking on the train station just across the road was ample. The...

stayed over for a graduation . Suitably placed for train station and town centre. We had top front room large enough for 3 adults very spacious , wierd tardis like toilet but done the job. Beds comfy , room bit chilly later on at nite . But generally ok for a nites sleep. If u want luxury then don't stay...

Myself and my ten year old son stayed here during half term. It's true the corridors need a lick of paint but our room was warm and comfortable and clean. Yes the bathroom was on the small side but this was the cheapest hotel option in Chester. It's close to the train station and they looked after our bags at...

Stayed for one night as a family of four (four year old and a three week year old) and whilst the receptionist was a friendly man, that was the only positive of the stay. We had medicine for our youngest that required to be in a fridge and whilst it was our own fault for not calling ahead (we'd actually...

This was the only Hotel we could get a room for the night, we came by train else we would of gone back home. If you have any trouble climbing stairs then this place is not for you. The receptions was polite explained everything we had clean warm tools delivered to our room. The other downfall was our room was...

This is by far the worst hotel. I couldn't even stay there it was that bad. More like a hostel with a dirty man on reception with a dirty shirt. Not the best area of Chester either. The bathroom was smaller than that in a caravan. The shower head was filthy and the towels were grey. Just very unwelcoming. Was...

Take NO notice of the room photo's, these must be of a different hotel. They bear no resemblance whatsoever to the accommodation . It's FILTHY / DELAPITATED / FULL OF MOULD / UNCLEAN. In fact the only thing worse is the BREAKFAST. If you fear for your HEALTH - DO NOT EAT IT - Parking at the Hotel is virtually...

Where do I start! This place is by far the worst hotel me and my partner have ever stayed in, from the stench of sewerage in the room to the filthy off white bedding, pubic hair in what is supposed to be a bathroom (had better facilities on a building site portaloo). Dirty cups, stained furniture. Had to get extremely...

On arranging a birthday treat for a friend to go to Chester for a night away we were both horrified on arrival to our 3* accommodation . On entering we were both shocked at the set up of the reception area as is certainly didn't and wasn't as inviting as the photos on booking .com led us to believe. Trying...
