We only stayed one night but know where we will book for our next trip to Chester. I had asked Tracy if we could leave the car there earlier than usual check in and arrived just after 11am to find our room ready. I can't fault the room, the extras were a lovely touch and the hosts were excellent. It...

Yes, we have just stayed with Tracey & Gerry again, but whilst we still have family in Chester we will continue to go back again and again. The very high standards remain the same as ever, exceptional value for money, a great breakfast and such great hosts. This B&B should be higher in the ratings for Chester, but due to...

Stayed here 2 nights and would definately recommend it. The owners (Jerry & Tracy) were very welcoming, When I rang to ask where the property was along the road, Tracy stood in the road in the dark, in the rain, to welcome us in! Superb room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, cannot fault it. Hope to return again when in...

We booked Roseville based on the excellent reviews and weren't disappointed. As a family of 4 we needed two rooms and found them very comfortable. Really appreciated the extras, beer and a choice of wines, all complimentary. Breakfast was superb and the hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. We'll certainly be back, thank you!

From booking to check out, the whole experience was a delight. A really warm welcome from the lovely Tracy who showed us to our well-appointed room. Once we'd sorted ourselves out, it was down to the conservatory for coffee and cake to fill in the registration form. Both Tracy and Jerry came in for a little chat then left us...

I would highly recommend this hotel, we were greeted by Tracy and Jerry. We were shown our room which was emaculate, there was a small fridge with wine, fizzy pops and beer for my fella, all which we were told were free and would be replaced. There were chocolates on the pillow as well as a the side of the...

Just returned after a 2 night stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. My hubby gave me 3 properties to choose from and after reading previous reviews, I chose Roseville and made contact with the owners to see if they could accommodate us at short notice. From the moment I spoke to Tracey, I knew I had made the right...

We have made another visit to Roseville as we visit Chester regularly and continue to find this B&B faultless. Tracey and Jerry are fabulous hosts and so helpful with additional information on the local area in addition to what is already included in the information folder in your room. Great hearty breakfast with quality ingredients follows a good nights sleep...

We would thoroughly recommend the Roseville to anyone visiting Chester or in our case, staying over for a family party. Tracey and Jerry are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The room was excellent with all sorts of extra touches. Parking right outside and really good breakfast. It's a pity we were only on a stop over as...
