The Inn is situated right in the heart of Chester between the Shopping Centre and the Cathedral. There is a multi-storey car park at the rear adjacent to the present bus station, which costs £8.80per day. Charging hours are from 7:000am until 3:00pm, and the car park is locked after 11:30 at night. The Inn has nine rooms, four on...

Good welcome. Very comfy room, superb beds good nights sleep. Rooms amazingly soundproof. First breakfast was awful, it put us off eating dinner there. However free hot drinks from the bar. Fresh milk for drinks in room. Fridge in room very useful

This is a Fantastic hotel. Good food, beer and wine. The rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard. All the staff are helpful. The hotel is situated in Chester centre which means once the car is parked you can walk everywhere. This time we caught the bus to Cheshire Oaks which is really worth a visit. We shall...

When I booked, a member of the team called me to confirm my booking as I mentioned I had a disability. This was to let me know about parking, but also that there wasn't a lift. Also confirmed they would find a spot for my scooter and get me a room on the first floor. Very thoughtful and helpful. On...

A great place to meet up with friends. The drink range is good for a pint of bitter. Staff are friendly but not alway efficient; bar staff getting the drinks wrong and not listening when told not to use contactless payment method! The food was really good and very tasty: the fish platter was just the right amount with the...

An all round excellent place. Most places fail in some areas when they try to excel at two things but this place has it just right. We stayed for one night but we were made very welcome by the excellent staff and the facilities were great. Our only slight issue would be that the heating system is noisy in the...

This place is fantastic... I booked here as a surprise little break for my hubby's 50th Birthday. We stayed Sun-Tues, and really could not have picked a better place. In fairness we stayed on a Saturday night in May 2016 but it was probably the loudest hotel room I have stayed in. The room itself was nice, the breakfast was good. We had dinner there as well which was also good without being great. Just not quite 5 stars but still a decent stay.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback! It's always lovely to hear about guests and their stay - be it last week or last year!
