Lovely property located in a quiet residential area not far from city centre, plenty of parking, large comfortable rooms, friendly owner and good breakfast. Very easy to book and reasonably priced. Would recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Lovely B&B. Very quaint. Truly memorable stay made special by the friendly and hospitable landlady. Nothing was too much bother and she was so helpful. Great one night stopover to explore Chester. Only short walk from town

We stayed with a couple of other friends. I cannot fault the level of service. Plenty of parking with a 25 minute walk into Chester. I liked the location as easy to park my car. Land Lady was very pleasant. She was from Poland and had been renting out the property for some 30 years. Breakfast was excellent. Place was...

I stayed here with my friend in mid September. The car park was spacious and we were given a warm welcome. We had two separate rooms, both of which were clean, tidy, well furnished and had very comfortable beds. There were lots of plug points and the TV reception in both rooms was excellent. The location was perfect too. I...

This is a cheap and cheerful guest house. Clean and tidy with basic facilities. A nicely presented breakfast in a light and bright dining room.Bed linen and decor old fashioned. It's not a fancy place; it's homely. Good parking area. A 15 minute brisk walk into Chester.

I stayed 1 night, and got upgraded to a huge twin room when I had booked a single. The decor is dated, but it is clean and everything works. The breakfast was not huge, but it was easily enough and cooked well. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Booked for a valentines night for me and my partner, I couldn't praise it enough, I've never seen a B&B so clean. The landlady was very warm and welcoming but also then left us to our stay, we had a great day out in Chester which is just one bus stop away. We would defiantly come back and totally recommend...
