We has a very comfortable stay just minutes away from Central Chester. We picked this hotel because it was the best price we could find and it really didn't disappoint. Some of the facilities are quite basic but very clean!!

The Bridge Street Hotel looks lovely from the outside and reception isn't to bad, we were in the Annexe abit disappointed with the room, Bed side Lamps didn't work my friend found sweet papers in between the beds dust round the lamps. Great location, really central for the city centre. Reception area, lounge and breakfast area are nicely furnished. The lamps and venetian blind in our room were covered in dust, very skimpy supply of toilet roll, toiletries and coffee sachets not replenished, also no hair dryer. Breakfast was disappointing, tinned fruit, hard, cheap croissants and pain au chocolat, cheap bread. The...

We had a great room (Number 1 - the Belgrave) for a family weekend away. Not Chester's fault that it was pouring with rain but the Hotel more than made up for it. The staff really couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The Bed was the world's comfiest and I would have got a great nights sleep but for...

Unfortunatly there was a wedding on the day we stayed and some very intoxicated young men in the room opposite us (very loud). The shower was struggling to work and overall it was a disapointing stay.We were offered a huge 10 pound discount!!

We booked the Chesterbridge Hotel after searching on the Internet, but hadn't read a lot of reviews on it. We were led to believe there was free parking. On arrival,on a weekend night, we were told there were no free spaces in the car park, but we could park outside, if there was a space on the street, and move...

There's been mixed reviews, so we booked and hoped for the best. We stay in Chester every December and have tried most of the city hotels over the years. We had a great room. Yes the place is getting worn around the edges, they are planning to renovate this year. It's not a five (or four) star hotel, but the...

My husband and I stayed at the Chesterbridge hotel New Years Eve also booking an evening meal in Oscars restaurant. On arrival for our meal we were told they had no available tables left but we could go and sit downstairs on our own away from all the festivities. We could have done that at home if we wanted to...

Excellent location made up for the dated rooms. Good breakfast although would have appreciated vegetarian choice. Can be noisy through sash windows at front but it didn't keep me awake.

very unproffessional presentation and service-though no fault of the waiting on staff who unfortunately did not have a clue what was on the menu. Cold plates and serving dishes which of course made the food cold very quickly. Not all the meals served at the same time and some of the items on the menu were missing. The dining room...
