The room was clean and homely, breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for seeing Chester on foot. Free on-site parking was very handy as we had driven to Chester, and our hosts were very welcoming. We would happily use this lovely bed and breakfast again.

Had a relaxing time the room was comfy and homely. Temperature was lovely and warm. The towels are fluffy and soft. Bed was comfy can't fault anything. Rooms are a good size so you are not squashed in. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful. Can't wait to go again.

The room was nicely decorated and the chocolate bars, drinks, etc left in the room are a nice touch as are the little goodies in the bathroom. However, we found the room to be a bit cold even with the heating on full. I appreciate this is a problem with old houses, but it did take the edge off our...

My hubby booked this cos he followed a link and did no research..thought that would be a disaster! We went to Chester to see the Christmas market and have a bit of couple time. Homeleigh is situated a pleasant walk from the city centre, with ample parking ...as it was not in the centre, it made for a peaceful night,...

Excellent place, good dietary understanding. Pet friendly, gorgeous little dog they own. Breakfast very good, free wifi. Can walk to the town in fifteen minutes or get a bus before 8pm. My room was a little noisy, but that wasn't too much of a problem as I was able to close the door to the bathroom where the noise was...

I stayed for 4 nights, a lovely B&B and homey feeling. Great fresh breakfast, many choices of fruit, juices, bread, muesli, and more! Beautiful garden and only a short taxi ride away from the city center.

After reading all the reviews and looking at the website my family and I were really excited to stay here. I booked two rooms through booking.com, one for myself, my 14 year old daughter and her friend and a second room for my son and his friend - both 16. We arrived and were greeted by Judy who checked our...

Homeleigh is clean and comfortable. It is no more than a 15minute walk to town and plenty of good pubs and restaurants. We were a family of three plus a dog visiting for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable with a good sized en-suite with a shower. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies and bottled water. Towels were replaced every...

We stopped at homeleigh after having a cancellation from elsewhere....Colin was happy to give us a room at short notice. On arrival the gardener was there to let us in and show us to our room. The room was clean and had plenty of space and had extras compared to your usual bar of soap, tea and coffee. It had...

We stayed here for one night as I was running the Chester marathon the day after. The hotel is in a great location, about half a mile from the racecourse and the owners where very welcoming. We stayed in a room on the back and we had such a lovely view out onto the gardens and it was nice and...
