Stayed here for 3 nights,up to the standard you would expect from a Premier Inn.Good sleep,ok room, friendly and helpful staff at reception.Plenty of room for parking. Loses one star as the fan was very noisy in the bathroom, timer also taking too long to cut out.(more than 1/2 hour) Didn't have breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door, but had 3 evening...

Cheap clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and the meal deal well worth the money! Near a Sainsbury's as well and a brewers fair pub. Quiet and no traffic noise can be heard and close to the zoo

This hotel was pretty poor for a premier Inn, not the standard we are used to. Although it was undergoing refurbishment when we arrived making the whole place smell of paint. Maybe this will improve the look for future guests. The staff were friendly and the food was nice and reasonably priced. The location was amazing. We were going to...

Arrived Friday, very helpful staff, very nice nice room, clean and tidy, booked in the Brewers Fayre pub across the road for a superb meal. Great nights sleep as per their advert, Chester 2.5 miles from the center Saturday evening there was not enough car spaces unless you parked on the Brewers Fayre car park all the staff parked their cars...

Had a 1 night stay here and it was ok. We couldn't complain as we got a £29.00 offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. It would be very good value for families. The one fault however is the internet. The free WIFI kept disconnecting and then wouldn't connect. But would stay here again for the...

booked this as a cheaper alternative to double tree Hilton as we planned to visit the spa. Only 2 mile away. even though near a very busy road didn't hear the traffice. next door to a brewyars fair. nice and clean, welcoming front desk ( although funny listening to the house keeping staff slagging off their work place)

On arrival met by very friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms of the highest standard possible. Very large, spotlessly clean and very confortable. This hotel could not be faulted in any way. If Premier Inns can offer this for £29 per night why can't other hotels do it? We stayed at the Marriott in Leicester and rooms no better than...

Excellent hotel, wonderful friendly staff, especially Mary at the front desk, made us feel so wellcome after a long journey and was so helpful during our two night stay! Rooms were clean, airy and spacious. Bathroom and cleanliness throughout was impeccable. Twirl of hay resturant next door served wonderful, tasty meals. Will definately be back again.Excellent value! Could'nt ask for better.

I stayed in this Premier Inn in the Elton Service area off the M56 on Wednesday night this week with my husband. We were looking for a cheap, clean hotel within easy distance of Chester Zoo. Having booked online prior to the trip, I had a rate of £49 for the night (not a special offer rate, just standard). On...
