Had some reservations about this hotel after reading reviews but it was all fine. We had room 7 which was a lovely light-filled room with small sitting area and a super comfy bed. We were down for a weekend for a wedding so didn't spend much time in hotel but had no complaints. Owners were away we were told but...

This hotel is now called the Park View Townhouse and has obviously had a refurb since the last reviews were made. Excellent location for Falmouth, easy walk into town. Rooms are excellent, beds comfortable and we found our room to be spotless. The bar prices are extremely good and the breakfast very good. All the staff are polite and friendly...

We had never stayed here before despite many trips to Falmouth. We had a downstairs room overlooking the park which was certainly value for money. Although the decor is a bit tired and the hotel could do with modernising it was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very happy and courteous and helped make our stay. The location...

This hotel is very nice hotel from the outside and once inside the staff are very welcoming and have lots of very good advice to offer about what to see and how to get there. The decor is a little dated, however the bed was very comfortable and larger than some very expensive hotels I've stayed in. Top notch breakfast...

Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful and the staff are very attentive and accommodating, My room overlooked a beautiful park and was situated within walking distance to the...

Although staff were friendly and the breakfast good the room quality was disappointing - tired furniture, ancient linen, crumby bathroom and intermittent wi-fi.

I was glad to find a room for the night in Falmouth on this busy (back to university) weekend and was pleasantly surprised - having had no previous expectations - about what was awaiting me at the Park Grove Hotel. The twin room I had booked, although a little tatty and worn in its decor, was comfortable and clean, the...

As above, decor was dated and room a little small for price but was clean, friendly and in a great location with a good sized car park, no complaints at all!
