Firstly this is a very nice hotel we have stayed twice in the past and enjoyed our stay. We visited whilst visiting family and friends in the area. We booked a 3 night stay paying £160.00 for the Saturday night proving the most expensive night. I tried to book into the restaurant on the Saturday eve by phone, explaining we...

I stayed at this hotel last week. I paid over £100/night, and was expecting a luxurious spa hotel. This was not the case. On arrival I was unable to park my car and even the surrounding streets were packed. Other guests said this has been an on going problem caused by the builders and members of the general public who...

Afternoon tea was lovely in pretty surroundings. Decor fresh and nautical. Such a great hotel with gorgeous views. Substantial spa with pool. Staff so attentive. Very close to the beach too. A must if staying in Falmouth

Had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely breakfast, especially porridge. Enjoyed time in Spa. Staff very polite and helpful. Well situated. Stayed in a room with no sea view but really not needed as only in room to sleep. Nice view in Restaurant when having breakfast. Hope to go back soon when a deal is on. Took a deal this time...

checked in for one night on business, not cheap, terrible room, smells damp and is dirty, I have ripped out better bathrooms in my house. A budget hotel would provide far better. Not good service at the reception. However, the location is lovely but there must be better hotels in the area.

Had a lovely 2 night stay 15th to the 17th January. Lovely food, comfy king size bed, clean very warm room. All the little touches you would expect from a good hotel, very generous supply of toiletries in the bathroom, tea coffee, mineral water and biscuits in the room.

We went on a £20 b&b offer which was amazing value for a 4 star hotel. The room was lovely, fabulous bed and a really good sized bathroom. The whole place is beautifully decorated and the dining room is a sight to behold. The staff were very helpful and must have picked up on the fact that it was my...

The hotel is undergoing some building works in the grounds - that being said it did not impede on our visit. The hotel is placed well for walking to Falmouth and the views are quite good from sea view rooms and the dining room. Our room whilst kept spotlessly clean by staff was definitely in need of a paint job....

Merry Christmas? We know that for some the build up to Christmas proper is busy, which is why we continue our festivities into January. We are delighted that you enjoyed your evening, including the food and disco.

This was my first visit to the hotel and Falmouth and can't fault anything, with exceptional service and cleanliness throughout. I booked with my partner after seeing a January deal with a 3 course meal, and my parents booked when I mentioned it, which was lovely. It was also a great surprise my mum got us an upgrade to a...
