From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Everyone we encountered seemed to be happy working in such a lovely location. The hotel has bags of English charm and wonderful views of the sea, beach and Pendennis Castle. The food at Breakfast was wonderful with an excellent choice of hot or cold buffet alongside...

Stayed here for a night whilst down in Cornwall for work. Plenty of on-site parking and a fantastic location right by the sea front. Impressive traditional building with very spacious rooms. Large bathroom, spotlessly clean. I stayed in March out of season and it was great value for money. 3 real ales in the bar/restaurant which is always a plus!...

My wife and I spent 4 days in this hotel in March. Just prior to arriving we were informed that the pool facilities would be out of action. We were not informed about lift being out of order until we arrived. We were told it would be repaired within 2 days but this kept being put back until we left...

We are locals who regularly pop by for a drink or coffee. The lounge bar is a fantastic place to relax with a wonderful view, and the service is unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful. So yes I love the Falmouth.

A good hotel, a little tatty, but is being repainted. Very good friendly staff. A three star hotel with 4 star food. During our stay the lift was out of action but the staff made every effort to assist the guests. Worth a return visit.

Will get the negative bits out the way first, had an email the the previous day stating the pool would be shut for the weekend due to technical issues and also on getting to the hotel we were told...

Upon arriving at the hotel I was instantly impressed with the building. Situated on the sea front with expansive views I was already happy with my choice of hotel. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff that saw to us immediately. My room was on the fourth floor which had pleasing views over the docks and up the estuary....

My mum, myself and future sister in law visited here on Sunday. We was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. We had reserved beds in the spa with ample towels. The spa decor is not luxury but did the job. We all enjoyed our massages with Natalie. We was taken up to the restaurant where we had a reserved...
