This is a basic, clean, quiet at night family run guest house with partial sea views ( from my room) which was adequate for a one or two night stay, you need a car to go for a meal in the evening if you're a little unsteady on your feet but a nice walk if you're able. The breakfast is...

The library and breakfast room are chock a block with black and white family photos, pictures of the Queen, Winston Churchill and other curios. The rooms are comfortable, clean and each has it's own teddy beer. How bad? Recommended. I stayed in Harvey Room. There's a small chaise long so you can sit and gaze at the sea with Pendennis...

We stayed here for the summer bank holiday weekend. Excellent location as it is just about 10min walk to Gyllyngvase beach. Quiet location with zero traffic noise. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Parking is available for about 7-8 cars. Though street parking is possible as well. We will definitely be coming back here!

Booked this hotel at the last minute but what a great find. It's quirky traditional, clean and comfortable. The owner Jonna is friendly and very helpful, I recommend this hotel highly to anyone visiting Falmouth.

Great little hotel in quiet location near to beach and Falmouth town. Nice ensuite room, good breakfast and comfortable lounge. Plenty of parking and helpful owners. Would definitely stay again. Didn't feel like normal chintzy guest house, had good feel to it.

My partner and I stayed 1 night whilst visiting Cornwall to see family. We were greeted warmly and the owner showed a geunine interest in our visit. The room was comfortable and I quite liked the addition of a teddy bear on the bed! The rooms are all named after the bears. The bathroom was good and the room had...

The rooms are clean and typically English, I had a great sea view. The breakfast you can have anywhere in a B&B in UK. Unfortunately the owner was unfriendly otherwise this stay may would be good. She gave short answers and she was a bit haughty.

Jonna made me so welcome on my arrival. I had arrived very late and she had become concerned - but her warm welcome got us both over that! A charming room with a great view of the sea. Quiet location, great breakfast and a lovely residents 'drawing room' full of books and pictures.

I arrived late (special arrangements were kindly made over the phone) and left early, before breakfast, so my review is limited. But the bed was very comfy, smelt very clean, the bathroom was spotless, the shower nice and powerful, and the girl who checked me out was friendly and helpful.

Had a front facing room first floor room with wide windows and great views of the sea! The bed was very comfy and the room was cosy. Breakfast was good, nothing hugely special but filled us up well, lots of toast offered and the melon was lovely. Only problem we experienced was rattling lights when people walked around in the...
