My partner and I chose Woodlands for its location; which was perfect. Lovely views of the estuary and a short walk to Looe where all the restaurants are. We also chose this beautiful B + B because it was animal free. We both suffer from allergies so to stay in such a clean place with not an animal hair in...

I have just returned from a wonderful four night stay with my husband at Woodlands; a beautiful house set in a stunning location. Looe harbour and restaurants are just a five minute walk away so we did not have to use our car at all. The owners Ron and Kay are both friendly and made us so welcome. The room...

We stayed here only a week ago and have been returning to this welcoming guest house for the last 10 years. The guest house has two great hosts that always make the effort to make you feel at home. The rooms themselves are recently refurbished and always immaculate. The location of the guest house is ideal for all attractions in...

It was such a pleasure to have you both stay. We always look forward to your visit every year and you have both now become friends rather than guests. See you both next year. Love Ron & Kay

We are just returning home from a night away in the B and B. Firstly the welcome we had from Ron was so lovely! He made us feel very welcome into the B and B showing us around and welcoming us with a little glass of Prossecco made it extra special as it was my partners birthday. The room we...

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Woodlands which overlooks the Looe estuary and is within an easy stroll of Looe harbour and is also very close to the local small train station (we didn't realise until we walked past it because you can't see it or hear it !) We were given a very warm and friendly welcome...

Great host. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for Looe. Excellent breakfast, you can have pretty well what you want. You are welcomed with a drink, a beer or wine for the men and a Pimms or wine for the ladies. He really does make a real mean Pimms.

We have stayed at Woodlands many times over the past few years and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely b&b. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome and the house and rooms are always clean and immaculately cared for. The views from the rooms at the front of the house are beautiful overlooking the Looe river. The breakfasts...

A nice informal place with some old world charm! 5 minutes walk into Looe. On a main road, but nice views of the river from the room we stayed in. Once we were in our room, there was a knock at the door... We were given a glass of complimentary Pimms packed with fresh fruit. Nice touch... Our room was...

This is the third time that my sister and I have stayed at Woodlands guest house and we would have no hesitation in recommending it. We've stayed in two different rooms, both of which were a good size and had sofas in. Both rooms have lovely views at the front of the house over the river Looe and are kept...

Me and my friend have stayed here several times, rooms are spacious with good panoramic views over- looking the Looe estuary, within easy walking distance to the train station and Looe itself. Ron is a friendly host, with lots of local knowledge that he will of course impart with you. Would recommend and stay again!
