The menu had plenty to choose from and all seemed reasonably priced. We went for a beef roast dinner which was excellent. Fresh vegetables and plenty of meat, all of which were tasty and well cooked. Would recommend to any one who fancies some good fresh pub food.

This place is brilliantly located... Rooms very clean and comfortable. Our room 14, was quite noisy but that isn't the fault of the hotel. It was simply because around the hotel was very busy. Excellent value for money hotel room. Amazing breakfast. Best location right in centre of newquay .free on site car parking.. free WiFi. Recommend to friends yes . Stay here again yes .several beaches close by.

The hotel it's self was clean, good food the carvary on a Thursday night was brilliant. Because of where it's situated it can be very noisy through the night with people using the side Lane, because of this you can't sleep with your room window open and it does get really warm through the night. Very clean rooms with free WiFi friendly staff and well cooked breakfast and meals in the restaurant in the evenings. Free car park and very close to the shops and lovely beaches. The only problem which was not there fault bug the seagulls wake up to early.

Our party of 6 ate here Wednesday evening, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was amazing, we all ate different things on the menu and we all cleared our plates!! amazing fresh food that was seasoned perfectly. I stayed here as my Granddaughter's Wedding reception was being held here. The reception was terrific, lovely location, good venue, gorgeous food, and such excellent waiter/waitress /bar staff. We stayed at The Griffin Inn for a one night stay in Newquay . The room we had was spotless and had a view of the sea ( bonus ) ,bar staff in the evening were spot on very friendly and chatty as were the morning staff who made the full english breakfast .
